Decription: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian human male who is 2█ years of age. The subject is of a muscular build with a shaved head and a full, red beard. The subject's body is covered in tattoos that depict an unkown runic language. Efforts to translate the runes have proven unsuccessful.

SCP-XXXX appears to be capable of manipulating electricity through unkown means. It has been noted that SCP-XXXX is not particularly skillful with these powers, often apologizing for his lack of control. The subject is capable of sapping any electric device of its power supply and using said power himself. SCP-XXXX's known capabilities include:

• Seemingly handling pure bolts of lightning
• Summoning and controlling massive thunderstorms

Additional: Formally known as Theodore ████████, SCP-XXXX resided in the rural town of Raven's Landing, Nebraska before discovery by the Foundation. Multiple reports cited severe thunderstorms throughout numerous counties in Nebraska, with Raven's Landing falling within the afflicted area.
