Special Containment Procedures: All Level-1 and higher researchers are allowed to freely converse with SCP-XXXX. Testing involving SCP-XXXX requires the approval of at least four Level-3 researchers. Testing duration is not to be longer than an hour, and testing must not increase cranial temperatures above 55° C.

SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a Standard Humanoid Containment cell, and allowed amenities in return for cooperation with testing. Feeding and bathing may be allowed outside of the cell as an additional reward.

SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a sealed, extreme heat-resistant container, entirely comprised of lead-lined steel. This container is to be suspended in a secondary containment area, a perfect vacuum, by ELO-IID electromagnetic supports. Temperature measuring and life-support equipment are to be entirely self-contained within the vacuum. Nutrition is to be administered every 4 hours by an autonomous IV structure contained within the vacuum, and refilled every 4 weeks.

The refilling procedure must be continuously reviewed and randomly changed. Refilling is to be performed by two (2) Class-D personnel wearing space suits lined with lead and equipped with mobile EKG and EEG monitoring devices connected to a nearby security station. Additionally, instant-kill devices must be installed. During refilling, any deviations from normal brainwave patterns within either of the Class-D personnel is to be immediately recorded. Deviations from procedure physically shall result in the immediate lockdown of the secondary cell until remediated. If necessary, activation of the instant-kill devices may be initiated. Under no circumstances are deviant Class-D personnel allowed to leave the secondary containment chamber.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a 15-year old male of Korean descent. SCP-XXXX is 187 cm tall, and weighs 63.5 kg. SCP-XXXX exhibits extreme intelligence, even in dormant states, scoring perfectly on every intelligence test as of containment. SCP-XXXX is docile and happily converses with security and research personnel. SCP-XXXX displays severe sociopathy and manipulative nature. SCP-XXXX displays the ability to perfectly manipulate the electromagnetic force produced by its brain. In most cases, this allows SCP-XXXX to increase its intelligence by several times, and to control its own body down to individual cells. As well, SCP-XXXX has shown to be able to manipulate objects and cells outside of its own, through precise targeting of electromagnetic force. This produces a "telekinetic" effect. SCP-XXXX is shown to able to manipulate the electromagnetic forces within other creatures, including humans. When SCP-XXXX is manipulating a creature's brain, it effectively becomes controlled, and loses the ability to think freely. However, when SCP-XXXX increases its electromagnetic output to level high enough to manipulate objects or creatures, it produces intense amount of heat. Through extensive training, SCP-XXXX has been shown to release this heat energy by manipulating its own cells, effectively only heating the area around its cranial area.
