Item #: SCP-XXXX-J

Object Class: We don't really know but probably Euclid

Special Containment Procudures: None, but if there were any, we would probably just use SCP-049.

Description: SCP-XXXX-J is what SCP-049 calls "The Pestilence." SCP-049 claims that it is indescribable, but we think that he just doesn't know and is making up some bs. It's a disease, obviously, that's what the word "pestilence" means. Look it up. If SCP-049 suspects that you have contracted SCP-XXXX-J, then it will try to cure you. He does this by touching you. Don't let him do that, you will die. Seriously though, why would you let him touch you in the first place, he's an SCP, why would you touch an SCP unless it was like that coffee machine or you were a D-Class that was told to do so.

The following was an interview with SCP-049 relating to the pestilence.

<Begin Log>

Interviewer: What, exactly, is the pestlience?

SCP-049: It is indescribable.

Interviewer: Yeah, but what is it?
SCP-049: Indescribable.
Interviewer: You don't know, do you?
SCP-049: Of course I do! It is indescribable!
Interviewer (To researcher): He doesn't know.
Reasearcher: (Coughs) Yeah, he's just making up some bs.
SCP-049: You! you have the Pestilence!
Researcher: What, no! I just have a cold.
SCP-049: I shall cure you.
Researcher: What?
(SCP-049 reaches out for the researcher)
Researcher: No, don't touch me!
(SCP-049 touches the researcher's face, causing them to die instantly)
SCP-049:** I am the cure.
Interviewer: (Motioning to guard) Lead him back to containment. This is not good.
<End Log, [optional time info]>

Closing Statement: In a conversation with the Interviewer, they stated that he was [Redacted] and that the Ethics Commitee was going to have a field day with this.

Addendum: Yeah, so basically, we don't really know what it is, but it's probably bad.
