Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently located in storage locker 24 at site 38.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a pair of standard Adidas brand sweatpants manufactured in 1999. It is navy blue in color and features red stripes going down along the sides with a yellow Adidas logo. The entity does not show any unusual physical properties.

Whenever a wearer of SCP-XXXX shows significant signs of stress or is particularly anxious, the entity will become transparent. It is suspected of having other anomalous properties as well.

Subject: D-3590
Event: A reenactment of D-3590's first date. Class C, Targeted Retrograde amnestics used in order to make the event seem real.
Result: D-3590 had no issues with stress throughout the test, which caused SCP-XXXX to "wrinkle and shake".

Subject: D-3590
Event: A reenactment of D-3590’s wedding. Class C, Targeted Retrograde amnestics used in order to make the event seem real.
Result: Before the wedding, SCP-XXXX changed it's form to match the event, taking on the form of navy blue cotton dress pants and only switching back when taken off. D-3590 had no idea the entity changed at all. Once D-3590 began to recite his wedding vows, SCP-XXXX became transparent, revealing D-3590's undergarments and pocket contents (1 white handkerchief). D-3590 promptly fled the scene once personnel portraying his friends and family began to laugh and point at him.

Subject: D-3590
Event: A reenactment of D-3590's wife's funeral. Class C, Targeted Retrograde amnestics used in order to make the event seem real.
Result: While D-3590 was saying his final goodbyes to his "wife", he broke down crying in the middle of the funeral home. This event triggered SCP-XXXX and caused it to become transparent once again. Upon garnering little reaction from D-3590's "family and friends" (personnel were instructed to comfort D-3590 and NOT laugh at him), the entity reappeared and began to "wrinkle and shake" once more.

Subject: SCP-5033
Event: SCP-5033 was tranquilized and forced to wear SCP-XXXX. SCP-5033 was then awoken to several sounds playing over speakers in the creature's chambers (hunting dogs barking, loud alarm sounds, and wolves howling) as well as red, flashing lights, triggering a 5033-IGUSHA event.
Result: SCP-XXXX conformed to the shape of a Valais Blacknose sheep's legs. The entity remained intact throughout the test, appearing to mimic the sounds played on the speakers before they were destroyed by SCP-5033. After approximately 55 seconds, SCP-XXXX began to radiate a bright, flashing red, further upsetting its host. After 10 minutes, the entity was sedated and SCP-XXXX was removed.

Subject: SCP-096
Event: SCP-XXXX was placed upon SCP-096's legs by Mobile Task Force Alpha █████████.
Result: The item began to violently wrinkle and shake, as shown in several previous tests. The entity switched between transparency and visibility for 4 hours straight before Mobile Task Force Alpha █████████ was sent to retrieve it. Once they entered SCP-096's chambers, SCP-XXXX immediately ceased activity and slowly began to display the same flashing red as observed in the test with SCP-5033. The entity then displayed a pattern depicting SCP-096's face, causing a containment breach which resulted in ██ deaths among foundation personnel.

Event: SCP-5731 was placed in a room with SCP-XXXX and was interviewed by Dr. █████ (Note: Testing with SCP-5731 has proven that SCP-XXXX is a biological entity, though it is unknown how it functions)

0:28 - SCP-5731: Humans are nothing but mere entertainment for the gods, meant to suffer and despair. If there is too much joy, the gods will grow tired and throw them aside. Also doctor, I must ask; did you know that most people who graduate college only see their parents a few times a year? On holidays, or maybe on grandma's birthday. Does that worry you? To see the daughter you love so much and know that she may never love you the same?

SCP-5731 pauses for several minutes.
