Special Containment Procedures: Subject is to be kept in 3x3 room equiped as high-class underground bomb cellar (no windows; semicilcular arch with tubing-like trim; reinforced concrete walls with massive stiffeners; explosion-proof hermetic door, etc). Real thickness and strength of this constructions is not important. No equipment is required except water tap or any container with water. Video surveillance is to be provided as for any other safe humanoid SCP.

Chamber should be secured by two (2) security officers supplied with handcuffs and batons. Standard security officers' uniform is to be replaced with equipment that protect from steel arms. Firearms is to be borne secretly; weapon should demonstrated only as last resort. Outside the chamber subject should be escorted by four (4) well-equiped security officers.

Unless conducting an experiment, following situations must be avoided:

  • Bright flashes of light;
  • Sounds, that are similar to gunshots, explosions and alarm;
  • Using sprays of any purpose;

Also out of his line of sight should be:

  • Gas cylinders without good visible marking of their contents, as safety;
  • Any devices for recording chemical, biological and radiation threats;
  • People with firearms or similar items;
  • People in military uniform.

Description: SCP-1166 is a humanoid with a total height of 182 cm, presumably a young man. Body type fits weight 75-80 kg, total weight - 109 kg.

Subject's body is tottaly covered with NBC suit, reinforced with heavy body armor with knee and elbow pads and armored helmet. Face is covered with a gas mask of a panoramic view with a reflective coating, through which it can not be seen. The design of this equipment is typical for modern army models, but does not repeat any known model. Structure of filtering box and its big volume are rather unusual. It is fixed to subject's back as backpack and connected to helmet with hosepipe. Equipment also includes belt case for shovel and a water flask with volume about one (1) liter, connected to mask with a drinking tube.
