Special Containment Procedures: scp xxxx is kept in a standard humanoid cell with a speaker playing music around the clock and a camera surveilling the cell during the day and it is to be turned off when the subject goes to bed. scp xxxx is allowed to roam the facility freely while being escorted by one of six agents assigned to it which rotate every day (There was never a seventh agent. There never will be another seventh agent. May God be with everyone who had to experience those horrors). It must always be listening to something on its phone whether it be music or just a person talking doesn’t matter as any type of sound louder than fifty-five decibels is enough to keep scp xxxx calm and not cause a major panic attack. (See Addendum-238.2)
It was thought that scp xxxx was blind due to its achromatic eyes but later it was proven by Dr. ████ that its eyes change colors with the subject's dominant emotion although sometimes its eyes don’t match the emotion leading to the conclusion that the color of her eyes doesn’t matter. Unless if its eyes are luminescent crimson or completely black oozing an unknown liquid of the same color in this case Dr. Nathaniel is to be called and an emergency lockdown on sector ██ is to be initiated until scp xxxx calms down.
Due to unknown events in the subjects past the stuffed bunny, she was found with (named Bon) must be at its person at all times to avoid high-stress levels and make calming it during a panic attack more manageable. As of ██/██/████ the subject’s room is only to have ten items in the room at once. (Items originally in the cell do not count to this total) This decision was made by Dr.████ and Dr. Nathaniel after scp xxxx completely redesigned its containment cell to suit its own needs after a day.
The subject has been noticed to call Dr. Nathaniel “dad” or “papa” sometimes even “savior” this is quite possibly because Dr. Nathaniel was the one that pushed the facility to help and nurture this mysterious SCP when it first crash-landed on-site ██ and initially saved its life performing two surgeries. He is also the one in charge of monthly interviews and calming the subject down during security breach or emergency lockdown. (See Document 432)
Note by Dr. Nathaniel: If any staff personnel that has come in contact with scp xxxx becomes worried about the subject’s wellbeing or sanity they are to be treated with therapy as soon as possible and if they continue with this behavior they are to be terminated immediately and their soul should be feed to scp xxxx. Do not worry if any of these staff personnel try to free scp xxxx as the subject considers the faculty it's home so it will most likely resist and sometimes it will kill the personnel and eat their soul as this action gives it strength. Why exactly it eats the souls is currently unknown.
Description: scp xxxx resembles a thirteen-year-old (genderless) humanoid creature. It had wings that were fully developed but due to extreme physical torture in the subjects past one wing was removed by Dr. Nathaniel to save its life. Its right-hand doesn’t have any skin, muscle, or nerves but scp xxxx can still move it like normal.
It was theorized by Dr. ████ that this was the result of the entire arm being dipped in acid multiple times (the right-wing suffered the same fate). It is still unknown who did this and why they did it in the first place. When asked about her arm and wing scp xxxx attacked Dr. ████ in an act of blind rage. After the subject was calmed down and put to bed. Dr. Nathaniel prevented further questioning about the incident.

Document 607: If anybody would like an explanation for the following things you are welcome to come to visit me in my office. I am glad to answer any question.
1) Since Dr. ████ committed suicide scp xxxx is urged to have monthly interviews with Dr. Nathaniel along with a yearly checkup that should not be ignored by staff. But if you report that you are sick then you will listen to the recordings. I’ll say it again; Please present proof that you were sick.
2) Dr. Nathaniel cannot stress this enough. The subject is not to be questioned about the incident by anyone who doesn't have direct permission from him.
3) Somebody gave the subject a chocolate bar and this resulted in every agent in sector ██ being heavily injured by a sugar rush scp xxxx. It is kindly said to not give scp xxxx heavy amounts of sugar without Dr. Nathaniel’s permission.
4) scp xxxx has a Menstruation cycle. (Yes, we're sure the subject is genderless.) How this happened is unknown. It is to be given sanitary pads once per month along with something hot to relieve the pain.
5) scp xxxx has a name and it’s Sal. Its bunny plushie is named Cloud Bon. It also stated that Bon helps her getting the stuff she needs. (Apparently, the bunny is it's own SCP with a pocket dimension inside of it.)
6) scp xxx class used to be Keter. Its class was bumped down to Euclid due to events I do not know.
7) Do not worry if Dr. Nathaniel acts way to friendly with scp xxxx. This is considered normal since Dr. Nathaniel is immune to any SCP effect. It is unknown why but tests are being run with staff personnel. Keter, Euclid, and Safe Class subjects are being used in these tests.
8) If scp xxxx has panic attacks for no reason and it is unknown to staff why this happens but it’s considered normal. Also, its cries for help should not be ignored by the Agent assigned to it currently. If the Agent exists the room and starts to says random things like; “Bro, agent, SCP, me, ladder, this, etc.” then they should be sent to therapy. If they continue like this they are to be terminated.
