Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4208 Is to be contained in a normal sealed anomalous items locker.
Description: SCP-4208 Is a Blue Hat which some of its anomalous properties manifest when a human puts it on their head. When a human is in direct eye contact with SCP-4208 it likes the appearance of SCP-4208 and puts it on. When a human wears SCP-4208 over 7 minutes their skin slowly rots and burns, when exposed over 15 minutes the wearer becomes an instance of SCP-4208-1. When exposed 17 minutes to SCP-4208 the wearer will "revive" himself. Revived SCP-4208-1 instances are aggressive towards humans, especially hat-wearing ones. When a SCP-4208-1 Instance is created outside of testing it is to be terminated immediately.
SCP-4208 was retrieved from Houston, Texas, USA. at ██:██ PM when a janitor was cleaning a medical center and saw SCP-4208 on a table and put it on.
It was later found by the police when a doctor said he was attacked by a janitor wearing a blue hat, he was terminated afterwards and the hat was brought to the foundation and the witnesses were administered Class-A amnestics.

Procedure: D-4578 Talks about how "beautiful" SCP-4208 is, then puts SCP-4208 on his head without indication.
Results: 7 Minutes on head, the skin of D-4578 burns and rots.
Analysis: SCP-4208-1 Instances are to be contained on a sealed anomalous item locker with level 2+ keycard access.
Update ██/██/██ SCP-4208 is to never be put into SCP-4999's head.
