Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to have a two meter high barbed wire fence at a 10 by 10 meter perimeter. At least two armed guards are to be stationed at the perimeter of SCP-XXXX at all times.
If any local mentions SCP-XXXX, they will be given Class-B mind-altering drugs. As SCP-XXXX is located in the vast city of █████, the new enclosure should pass mainly unnoticed in the surrounding area.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 2 meter by 12 meter brick wall with four people (at the time of writing) spray-painted onto it. It's anomalous properties manifest whenever someone touches the wall. Once the subject makes contact with SCP-XXXX, they are immediately sucked into the wall to appear as a spray-painted figure. Over the course of its containment, three D class personnel have touched SCP-XXXX and have become part of the group of figures painted on the wall. The first figure was on SCP-XXXX at the time of containment and is presumed to be an unfortunate member of the public.
When a person gets within three meters of SCP-XXXX, they get the urge to admire the spray-painted figures and lay there hand on the wall. This is presumed to be a way of SCP-XXXX gathering new victims.
At a random point between 2am and 11am (the reason for these times is currently unknown) the figures on SCP-XXXX will come alive for eight minutes before returning to their original positions and falling still. While they are moving, they show signs of distress and pain however no sound can be heard.
Update: After further research, it appears that the figures on SCP-XXXX are mildly sentient so SCP-XXXX's class has been changed to Euclid. The spray-painted figures present on SCP-XXXX have been named SCP-XXXX-1.
