Special Containment Procedures: Due to the nature of SCP-XXXX, there is no possible way to contain or protect someone from its effects. Research into protection of SCP-XXXX is currently underway and several promising experiments have been reported at site █ and █.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a series of high pitched noises which cause agonising pain in whoever hears them. Any person who experiences SCP-XXXX immediately starts to scream and collapse to the floor. Many subjects repeatedly say "Make them stop." so it can be assumed that a sentient being is in control of SCP-XXXX or is at least involved in it. After a period of 3-5 minutes, the subject collapses and dies due to an overload of the brain.

SCP-XXXX first came to the foundation's attention in 19██ and cases of the SCP have been recorded (as of the time of writing) a total of ███ times since then however it can be assumed that many causes have not be reported.

SCP-XXXX is of particular concern to the foundation as it has killed dozens of our staff since it was discovered. The most worrisome of these cases is when Dr. [REDACTED] was killed by SCP-XXXX despite her currently conducting an experiment on SCP-500 which connotes the pills cannot protect someone from its effects.

After an experiment trying to find the source of SCP-XXXX by tracking tachyon radiation. Team ██ found a warehouse on the outskirts of [REDACTED]. After further investigation, a exponential peice of information was uncovered.

It appears that there is a second foundation tasked with the finding and capturing of anomalous objects and entities. A second SCP foundation if you will. Who set up this organisation remains unclear however it can be safely assumed that they are not aware of the SCP foundation.

All the evidence and information found in the investigation has been sent to the O5 council for review and instruction. All we can do is wait.
