World to alt-earth, co-operating Foundation Expy, Becomes Keter after End of the World Scenario turns that planet into memetic murderhobos. Foundation tries to dea with it assuming it's caused by an old SCP that can be easily fixed, but eventually gives up because the alt earth is post XK.
