Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4078-1 is to be in a large, rectangular room, recommended size: 5 m x 6 m x 3 m. Walls are to be made of contain smoke, so when SCP-4078-1 tries to break out violently, he will be unconscious long enough to be moved to a new room so the original can be repaired. All smoke-filled gaps should be no more than six inches apart from each-other,
During the day, two employees must monitor SCP-4078-1, one personally, the other outside, in case of murder. They will be swapped with another group of people on about an hour.
If you are personally in the same room as SCP-4078-1, and SCP-4078-1's eyes are red, get out of there as soon as possible, and tell your partner to inform class B or C personnel to initiate lock-down in the said containment area.
If you receive an amulet from SCP-4078-1, don't wear it in any way, send it to Dr. Giro ████████ for study.
At night, at least two people must be monitoring SCP-4078-1 from Security Room ████, at site-8, or an Armed/humanoid area, if neither are looking at SCP-4078-1, he may appear in their room. If you happen to be a night monitor, don't take you eyes off of SCP-4078-1, in case he is hostile at the time, although SCP-4078-1 mainly targets class-D personnel convicted of Murder of any sort.
The only resources needed to be put in the Contaiment area is a bed, table and chair, since SCP-4078-1 seems to be able to make objects appear.
There is no known way to neutralize SCP-4078-1 due to the abilities it has. The only way to fight back effectively is to release large dozes of smoke in it's area
Description: SCP-4078-1, also known as "Tribal Magician" is a 6'11.5" Tall humanoid male with Blond-White hair, light skin tone, and, most of the time, purple eyes. SCP-4078-1 mainly wears a red and white school hoodie with blue jeans, blue sneakers, and a dark purple scarf, which SCP-4078-1 tends to hide. When angered, it's eyes will appear more of a red shade, and when calm, they will appear more of a blue shade.
This is not the only reason why we ave decided to contain him, its due to the fact that it has a variety of superhuman abilities. SCP-4078-1's max speed recorded was 51 MPH, seems to levitate over the ground sometimes, and can punch with around 190,000 units of force. But what seems to catch everyone's attention is SCP-4078-1's ability to manipulate aspects of space and possibly time. SCP-4078-1 seems to be able to reverse effects of damage and/or healing,alike to SCP-1832, teleport, alike to SCP-23.
SCP-4078-1 can be unpredictable at times, sometimes acting really creepy, as described by employees that moderate SCP-4078-1. Examples of this include:
*Identifying SCP staff and employees and all SCPs, as if he known them, even if the said Employees never even heard of SCP-4078-1 until said moment or a week in advanced in advance.
- Hiding or placing sharp or bloodstained objects, such as sharp stones, SCP-4078-B, bodies of torn up rag-dolls, Etc.
- At night, staring at cameras inside of the room, sometimes drawing with it's own blood on the walls.
- Talking to himself when no one else is around
- Appearing behind moderators when not being watched for any more than five minutes, or when only one is monitoring, and he or she blinks.
Due to this information, SCP-4078-1 is likely targeting (an) employee(s) or staff member(s), or trying to send a message. No one really knows which, though. Nor do they know what the message could be, implying he is making one.
Although SCP-4078-1 acts like this at times, it can also be a friendly entity. Some employees monitoring or going in to check on SCP-4078-1 have become friends with SCP-4078-1, even though knowing what it can do. These behaviors include:
- Giving the employee an Item they really like, or always wanted, or paranormal amulets that are alike to SCP-963 or SCP-427.(Side effects of given amulets include the wearers having paranormal powers alike to SCP-4078-1's, possible corruption and instant death to removing it.), sometimes, stacking these items on their heads, possibly for self-entertainment.
- Talking about other SCPs or employees in a joking manner, and how the employee is "Unique".
- etc.
Addendum Discovery
SCP-4078-1 was discovered in ████████, Texas, when holding off a bully, who came from it's school, victim will be listed as "B". After SCP-4078-1 was finished with B, B had wounds all over his/her body, and his/her head torn open to reveal the brain, spine bones C1 through C3, and throat, along the word "VOID" carved into his/her small intestines, presumably carved via sharp, stone object. SCP-4078-1 never seemed violent otherwise.
