Special containment procedure:SCP-5061-1 is to be kept in a 2 m x 2 m x 2 m bulletproof glass case. The case is to be locked with a 6 digit combination lock and is to be changed daily to prevent subjects from accessing it without the knowledge of researchers. Bowls, glasses, and silverware used for SCP-5061-1 related testing are to remain in the case with SCP-5061-1 and are only to be washed in the designated dishwasher. This dishwasher may only be used to clean SCP-5061-1 related silverware, bowls, glasses. SCP-5061-2 swarms are to be held in a separate ventless cell. SCP-5061-2's cell must be regularly checked for holes and cracks and any found must immediately be filled and the site searched for any SCP-5061-2 related organism. Any personnel entering SCP-5061-2's cell is to wear a beekeeper protection suit to prevent injury.

- Stage 1-Servings 1-3: Subjects show no signs of anomalous effect.
- Stage 2-Servings 4-6: Subjects begin to show signs of addiction. After at least 24 hours without SCP-5061-1 subjects started to have symptoms of withdrawal having flu like symptoms. Researchers report subjects hearing buzzing sounds coming from their chest. Symptoms cease after 48 hours. After those 48 hours the subjects have no lingering addiction and the consumption of further servings does not continue the effects of SCP-5061-1.
- Stage 3-Servings 7-10: Subjects begin to protect SCP-5061-1 and attempt to break through SCP-5061-1 case. These subjects emit an audible buzzing sound. Though subjects refused personel access to SCP-5061-1 those who had served it in the past 48 hours were allowed access to its containment case. Subjects will cease to protect SCP-5061-1 once outside of a 30 meter radius.
- Stage 4-Servings 11-19: Subjects gain strength and begin aggressively protecting SCP-5061-1 attacking all personnel within a 20 meter radius causing the death of ███████████ and the termination of the 3 class-D personnel being used as subjects. Subjects attempt to break through SCP-5061-1's case, succeeding on multiple occasions. When removed from SCP-5061-1 subjects become more violent. Once removed from the proximity of SCP-5061-1 for 3 hours the subject suffers violent seizures and dies of a heart attack.
- Stage 5-Serving 20: Subject falls to the ground suffering violent seizures. Seizures are followed by a swarm of bees designated SCP-5061-2 emerging from the mouth. The organisms will then make their way to SCP-5061-1 using any means necessary. The organisms can travel through ventilation, being able to survive extreme heat and cold. Swarms of SCP-5061-2 will attack any human in its path. Attacks from SCP-5061-2 have only resulted in the casualty of one D-class personnel cleaning dishes from the past tests of SCP-5061-1. After a biopsy of the subject's body researchers found remnants of larva in the lungs and the heart. Evidence of honey combs in the stomach was found but remnants were too decayed to be sure. Further testing of the remnants of larva and honey combs showed them to have traces of subject's DNA.
Testing the reaction between SCP-5061-1 and SCP-5061-2 was denied
