Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4869 is to be kept in a plastic Biohazard Level 1 container, this container will then be kept inside a general storage box. If SCP-4869 is stolen, lost, or in any way not in its case it is to be considered a containment breach and Site-██ is to be shut down until found. SCP-4869 can only be used by researchers of level 3 clearance or higher.
Description: SCP-4869 is a 22 gauge needle of which would commonly be used to give influenza vaccinations on an annual cycle every winter. There is a clear liquid inside of the needle that seems to resemble that of a common vaccination for claimed influenza virus. When its stopper is pressed on it will not go further into the tube but a liquid will still come out of the needle regardless of viscosity resistance to the 22 gauge needle. The liquid SCP-4869 produces is seen to be able to cure any disease with a high chance of success, but when used on someone and it succedes it also will carry one random side effect, this side effect will be in nature to other side effects from medicine generally this side effect will be the same as other side effects from other medicines but is not limited to such, with possibility of side effects not known to modern medicine.
SCP-4869 cannot be broken despite being made of glass. No matter how hard it is pressed upon the stopper will not go further into the tube and the liquid cure will always come out in a steady flow that is regarded as safe in common medical procedures.
The substance that is made by SCP-4896 is determined by the subjects current most effective disease in their body, this is not limited to infections and can be applied to harmful genetic disease as well. The way of which these diseases are cured is done by anomalies means
Recovery Log: SCP-4869 was recovered from a Children's Hospital in ███████, Arizona. A woman of age 89 was reported to have suddenly be cured of stage 5 lung cancer. With this being the highlight that attracted the foundation's attention, Agent █████ was sent in to privately question the doctors working there, one of which claimed that all of Doctor's ███████ patients left the hospital in "peak condition". Doctor ███████ was questioned and then taken back to Site-██ for an interview in which he eventually admitted that he had been using SCP-4869.

Subject: D-28394 is an elderly caucasian male of age 72. D-28394 suffers from type two
diabetes.
00:00 D-28394 is injected with SCP-4869.
01:00 Subject reports no difference after one hour. Blood test indicates the presence of diabetes.
02:00 Subject reports no change but blood test shows the severity of diabetes has decreased.
02:41 Subject suddenly reports headache of moderate severity, is given common Advil. Headache is > suppressed successfully.
03:00 Subject reports that headache is gone with Advil. A blood test is done showing complete lack > of any diabetes.

Note: D-28394's headaches came back every night after the test but only for a week. They were constantly able to be dealt with by basic Advil.
Test B
Subject: D-31960 is a male of Scottish descent and of age 32. D-31960 suffers from early
stage leukemia.
Test
00:00 D-31960 is injected with SCP-4869.
00:37 Subject suddenly begins to bleed profusely from eyes, mouth, nose, and ears. He is quickly rushed to the medical ward and is treated.
02:00 Subject is tested for leukemia, results show a complete absence of leukemia in blood.

Note: D-31960 has no more sudden bleeding after test, leukemia doesn't return or show any sign of so.
Test C
Subject: D-29365 is a female of age 28. D-29365 was exposed to a modified form of smallpox
and was held until the height of infection.
00:00 Subject is injected with SCP- 4869
01:00 Subject reports feeling much better, testing shows that the smallpox is almost completely
gone from the body.
02:00 Subject reports they feel fine, testing shows that the disease is gone from all portions of the
body. The subject is to be held until the side-effect takes effect.
03:21 Subject suddenly yells and collapses to the ground, continuing to yell for 5 seconds until their
heart suddenly stops beating.
03:22 Team of 3 in Bio-hazard level 5 suits are sent into the chamber to retrieve the body.
03:23 Upon contact D-29365 suddenly attacked all personnel, injuring 1 and killing the other 2 by fracturing their skulls with incredible strength.
D-29365 then escaped the testing chamber and was considered a containment breach, before being shot by a guard 3 more were killed and 5 injured.
: Autopsy of D-29365 shows similar internals of an individual under the effect of SCP-049.

Note: In the time of which this occurred SCP-049 wasn't seen to leave their chamber or have been affected.
