SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment cell, outfitted with a researcher's standard desk, chair, and computer. SCP-XXXX has Level-3 security clearance at Site-38, but must not be allowed to leave Site-38 unless accompanied by at least 2 armed security personnel at all times while outside of Site-38, and must not be allowed access to any SCPs without prior authorization from Site-38's Director.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a caucasian male, born on February 29th, ████. SCP-XXXX has no immediately apparent anomalous qualities. SCP-XXXX's anomalous qualities manifest whenever it's hands come in contact with nonliving objects smaller than 1 square meter for more then five seconds. When this happens, the object will manifest minor anomalous properties (These objects share the collective designation of SCP-XXXX-∆. For a full list of such objects, see Addendum XXXX-2.
