Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4155 is to be monitored in a small town in Door county Wisconsin and is to be a accompanied by one level-3 foundation researcher to monitor behavior and take notes. Previous containment procedures led to SCP-4155 losing his memetic properties and attempted suicide and since SCP-4155 is considered to be beneficial to the Foundation he has been moved back to his hometown where his memetic property is at its most active.

Description: SCP-4155 is a caucasian male, age 27, 2m tall, 125kg in weight, and named William Tymoshenko. SCP-4155 so far has only demonstrated one memetic property when SCP-4155 is having a conversation he will state a fact about other SCPs and foundation staff without any prior knowledge of their existence, even being able to relay information that was at the time unknown by Foundation staff. SCP-4155 seems to also be confused about most of the statements that he says though the foundation is not confident that SCP-4155 confusion is sincere.

Foundation personnel were originally informed to SCP-4155. When Dr.Groysman gave the Foundation a recording of a personal phone call he received from SCP-4155. “Hey! Groys, you know last week I was talking with Franky and we were both wondering where you work. Just shootin shit saying oh how your probably some weird Area 51 scientist working with aliens. Just some malarkey right? But then I feel almost possessed and spout some garbage that you actual work for some place called The SCP Foundation and that you work with much weirder creatures then aliens. Well, that is probably the oddest thing you heard about what you can possibly do right. But anyways.” SCP-4155 voice pitches down. “THE CURRENT SCP YOU HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED GETS PARTIALLY STUNNED WHEN IN CONTACT WITH WATER BASED AEROSOL SPRAY.” SCP-4155 voice returns to normal. “What the flop was that! Ya know good, good talkin to ya Groys I gotta go.” call was ended by SCP-4155. When Dr.Groysman’s crew tested a water based aerosol spray on the SCP they were currently studying it was effective making SCP-[redacted] much easier to work with.

Originally SCP-4155 was made a SCP employee and was sent to site-81 to be questioned daily. While on site grounds SCP-4155 would be unable to relay information while being questioned but, had multiple bursts of information while having lunch and dinner with his new colleagues spouting either sensitive information of who he was talking with or even unknown health problems, telling one researcher about the early stages of pancreatic cancer. Showing that the facts he states are relevant to either the conversation or person he was talking to. Thus at the time SCP-4155 was given a temporary Class B personnel security Clearance and was asked to talk to/at various SCP’s at first this brought much success helping the foundation further understand several SCPs on site.

Authors Notes: file is unfinished I think I have a good premise I’m no writer change whatever you want except the last names if you want to pick this story up. Basic premise is some guys who talks to much can state facts about anything he is talking about/talking to. I think you can have a lot of excerpts of him just stating odd facts about interesting SCP’s maybe he can even stop a breakout by saying one SCP is planning on breaking out. The whole thing about suicide attempt is that the foundation had him look at a mislabeled SCP which is Keter instead of safe and he tried to kill himself after that only reason i moved him back to his hometown is that I wanted this story to have a good ending but you can change it if anyone else picks it up.
