Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4208 is to be contained in a 50 centimeter by 50 centimeter with a piece of paper in a bullet-proof glass. It should be kept out of range from any personnel. If anyone in the foundation is spotted to be near SCP-4208, he/she should be detained or sent for a thorough neurological scan.
Description: SCP-4208 is a ordinary pen that was retrieved from a deceased family of 4. Investigations from the supposed killing of the 4 shows that all of them having fractured wrists and wounds that are confirmed to be 'deep but thin'. Walls all around the living room of the house for the family appears to be covered in blood. After SCP-4208 was brought back to the foundation and contained, a Class-D personnel was ordered to interact with SCP-4208. Results from the test shows Class-D personnel upon being 5 foot from SCP-4208, visually expresses panic and anxiety. About 3 seconds later, Class-D personnel lunged forward to grab SCP-4208 and started to scribble things on the piece of paper. Around 5 hours of non stop scribbling, Class-D personnel shown extreme signs of pain, wrists visually throbbing, and his breathing is extremely fast paced.
After roughly 2 more hours, Class-D personnel started screaming in agony, then proceeded to stab own arm due to the tremendous pain from all the writing. Class-D personnel then passed out with the pen sticking out from his wound. The piece of paper was retrieved. It showed pictures of a deformed man screaming for help, and words like "HELP" and "I CANT" appeared frequently around the paper. Lots of the scribbles were unintelligible as most of which were written overlapping other words.
