SCP-XXXX is to be keeped in a soundproof room and is not allowed to communitcate with the outside. Only Level 3 Personal is allowed to communicate with SCP-XXXX and only under supervision of Level 4 Personal. SCP-XXXX is only to be monitored visually. SCP-XXXX is not to be harmed or tortured and is to be keept alive at any cost. SCP-XXXX is not allowed to answer questions unless they are specificaly autorized. SCP-XXXX's location is classified information and leaking the location of SCP-XXXX will be punished with execution
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a caucasian male in his early 20s, 6'0", black hair and litteraly red eye eyes. He has no known physical anomalies and can be harmed.
SCP-XXXX posses a dangerous amount of knowledge about SCPs and the Foundation. He does not know how he got the information or how he gains them. Apperantly the informations just started appearing in his memory on their own shortly after SCP-XXXX's 20th birthday. He doesn't not know of SCPs the Foundation has yet to discover or any knowledge of future events. SCP-XXXX is not aware of event until they already started a few minutes ago or already happened. How long it takes for SCP-XXXX to become aware of curren events has yet to be tested.
SCP-XXXX contacted the foundation on his own, by calling [Classified] secret phone nummber and revealing himself as a SCP. SCP-XXXX was willing to cooperate.
Asking questions about certain SCPs will not nessarly work. When SCP-XXXX can't access certain information he will start to have headaches, nosebleeding and sometimes immense pain. SCP-XXXX refuses to answer question that could threaten it's own existence or the lives of other people unless he is forced to.

SCP-XXXX's answer: "I don't know. How am i supposed know how to kill something that evolves and changes every second it exists. That's not how I function."
SCP-XXXX is questioned about SCP-682's origin.
SCP-XXXX suffers from intense pain and is not able to answer.
The experiment is put on hold until SCP-XXXX is able to talk again.
