Special Containment Procedures: Due to its incorporeal nature, there is no explicit method for containing SCP-XXXX. Therefore, SCP-XXXX has permission to freely roam the facility at all times, that includes during containment breaches.

Description: While SCP-XXXX has no visible appearance whatsoever, it can, however, appear as a hallucination. As a hallucination, SCP-XXXX appears as a blue rabbit with elongated ears, a singular curl of hair on its forehead, a dinosaur-like tail, and dinosaur-like feet. Despite lacking a corporeal form, SCP-XXXX can still affect (and communicate with) entities and objects that are located within the physical realm. When its designated name, "Francis", is spoken out loud or inside one’s mind, SCP-XXXX can communicate with physical entities via telepathic messages. These messages, while inaudible, can still be heard through the mind of the receiver or anyone in a 5-meter radius of the receiver of those messages. SCP-XXXX is usually very passive towards anyone who it communicates with, though, SCP-XXXX will become hostile if ordered to do so. When ordered to attack D-Class personnel, SCP-XXXX showed to have visibly injured D-Class personnel with its tail and feet (the injuries were minimal, though). Otherwise, SCP-XXXX will be very friendly towards anyone who it communicates with. During interactions with other SCPs, SCP-XXXX has been unresponsive to the other SCPs thus far, possibly being frightened and/or intimidated by them. The majority of the time, though, when ordered to communicate with SCP-XXXX, most SCPs did not comply with the orders given to them.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a 4 x 2 wooden box in a 10 x 13 room with titanium walls on Site-58. No fewer than 3 persons can enter the room at a time, due to the varied hazard levels that SCP-XXXX poses to a single person. Once all persons exit the room, they are to resume conventional obligations. During a containment breach, SCP-XXXX’s containment area must be locked and secured from the inside.

Description: SCP-XXXX has the appearance of a standard #2 pencil that is without an eraser. SCP-XXXX can produce various things when waved in the air by a utilizer as if they were drawing (or inditing) something on a piece of paper. Once the utilizer of SCP-XXXX has culminated the “drawing” with SCP-XXXX, an object will spontaneously appear out of thin air (the form of the object depends on what the utilizer intended to draw). This object can perform the conventional actions of the particular object that the utilizer intended to draw, though adscititious functions can be integrated on to that object (I.E. arms, weapons, etc.). Once utilized for the first time, SCP-XXXX can ostensibly produce anything, though, after multiple tests, it has been concluded that there is a circumscription to what SCP-XXXX can produce. Conveyances such as sizably voluminous trucks or tanks cannot be produced, nor can weapons such as Nuclear Bombs either. Despite destitute of the facility to produce high caliber weapons, SCP-XXXX is not entirely perilous, though it can still cause injury or death. Weapons such as pistols or automatic rifles can still be produced by SCP-XXXX. All of this can occur only if SCP-XXXX is being utilized. Other than objects, SCP-XXXX can produce highly functional lifeforms, such as humans. These beings act discretely from SCP-XXXX or the utilizer of SCP-XXXX, and their minds cannot be transmuted in any way by SCP-XXXX. These entities are not belligerent, even when assailed. Homogeneous to the inhibitions of the objects produced by SCP-XXXX, lifeforms additionally have circumscriptions. Lifeforms with a height no more than 10 meters can be produced, along with lifeforms with a weight no more than 1 metric ton can be produced (though, humans with more than one of each body part can be produced). After the utilization of SCP-XXXX has concluded, any object and/or entity produced by SCP-XXXX must be relinquished or contained (depending on how abnormal the object and/or entity is).
