Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4162 has currently been dissipated through means of [DATA EXPUNGED] as of ████. In case of SCP-4162's return, the SCP Foundation has set up [DATA EXPUNGED] to catch and destroy SCP-4162 if it ever makes a return.
Description: SCP-4162 is a skull-shaped cloud that seemed to have originated from a storm that occurred on the day of September ██, ████. SCP-4162 is capable of forming small Tornadoes within 10 feet of itself, along with being able to summon lightning bolts from any electricity nearby.
SCP-4162 has shown little to no signs of intelligence, it's only capabilities are slaughtering other beings and causing destruction to the area surrounding it. SCP-4162 has shown a great display of emotion, but that’s only when it’s causing destruction. When causing destruction, SCP-4162 will grin sadistically and laugh maniacally. SCP-4162 has been observed to be able to make itself invisible, so it can sneak up on enemies and/or prey and kill them.
If a containment breach occurs, 20 members of a Storm Chasing team will be sent out to use a special device to capture SCP-4162 and bring it back to the facility.
