Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4841 must be contained in a small box at all times, the only exception to that rule is when it is being used to contain other SCPs or being used for testing purposes. If a containment breach occurs, 20 guards will be sent to track down the theft that stole SCP-4841. The theft that stole SCP-4841 will suffer heavy punishment if caught.

Description: SCP-4841 is a wand-like object with a star-shaped tip at the top that was created by Dr. ████ after watching a few episodes of "Fairly Odd Parents". SCP-4841 has the ability to create anything out of thin air, along with being able to manipulate other objects and other beings at will. SCP-4841 will respond to the commands of anyone, even if they don't own SCP-4841. It has been observed that SCP-4841 cannot do everything, as it was tested on SCP-682. A D-Class individual tried using the wand on SCP-682, but unfortunately, it did not kill or visibly harm SCP-682 in any way.
