Special Containment Procedures: If SCP 4418 if found again he is forced to be brain washed weekly, all the objects he creates are to be destroyed imediatly, if he desintegrates a door or a wall normal containment breach protocols are to followed.
If SCP 4418 is capture he can be used by the Nine Tailed Foxes for missions only if aproved by O5 command.
If SCP 4418 is on a mission he is forced to have 4 vital signs trackers, 20 GPS trackers and 4 nano explosives inside his body (doble the amount of explosives/GPSs/vital signs trackers than the first time before he escaped).
the explosives can only be detonates by the Nine Tailed Fox commander and only if 3 vital signs trackers are off.
Description: SCP 4418 has the appearance of a fifteen (15) year old, 1.5 meter tall (4 ft) white skined, south-african male human but when asked for his age he always responds "I don't know, but i do know im older than this universe", the origin of the SCP is currently unknown, when asjed upon the origin the SCP replies with "It burned" or "You don't want to know". SCP 4418 has the unusual capability of teleportation with no limits, telepathy with no limits, regeneration with no limits, superhuman strenght and the ability to alter mater with no limits, time control and many unknown abilities. SCP 4418 is a god-like creature inside a fifteen (15) year old kid, whenever he wants to have "fun" he just breacks out and kills everything in his path. SCP 4418 can be extremely impacient, violent and disovedient, but must of the times he is the oposite.
The reason of why he doesn't try to escape containment or why he joined the Foundation voluntarily or why he wants to be in a Foundation cell are the reason SCP escaped is currently unknown.
SCP 4418 capability tests:
teleportation and speed test: SCP 4418 was asked to teleport as far away as he can and then come back in the least amount of time, the SCP's tracker transmited a signal in ██ for les than a nano second. test ended
strenght test: SCP 4418 was asked to push away for one (1) kilometer a semi truck, instead SCP 4418 stacked three (3) more semi trucks and then proceded to push the trucks to the one (1) kilometer mark in thirty six (36) minutes. test ended
materialization test: SCP 4418 was instructed to materialize a living copy of him self, the creature then created ninety nine copies of himself, SCP 4418-1 trough SCP 4418-99 started to raise their hands abd saying "i'm a clone". test ended
telepathy test: SCP 4418 was instructed to sing "Somewhere over the rainbow" and make four (4) diferent D-class personel hear the song, the SCP sang the song as instructed and also mad the four (4) D-class not only hear the song but he also made them se butterflyes, flowers and a rainbow. test ended
regeneration test: SCP 4418 was shot, cut and exploded. He regenerated <data expunged>. test ended

mission log 1: SCP 4418 constantly joked obout killing comander ████ and then escaping, when the group arrived the location SCP 4418 proceded to slowly open wound in the target (DR. ███) while saying "secrets are ment to be secrets" and "what a lack of honor" before snaping every single bone in DR. ███ body at once.

SCP 4418 took ███'s M17 and emptied the entire magazine while Comander Strin pulled out the detonator

SCP 4418's "fun nights":
incident 1 on █/█/██ SCP 4418 broke out just to have some "fun", he then proceded to kill █ scientists, ██ D-class personel, █ facility guards, █ Chaos Insurgency agents and █ Nine Tailed Foxes. He then teleported back to his containment cell.
incident 2 on █/█/██ SCP 4418 teleported to ███ ██ and stole 3.7 million dollars then he blamed the president, he <data expunged> on a livestream saying he was a traitor to the country.
incident 3 on █/█/██ he opened a portal to another universe and brought a fifteen (15) year old girl called ███, the girl then exploded her self with the energy of █ Kilo-ton atom bomb, the only survivors were the girl and SCP 4418. SCP 4418 then manipulated time to rebuilt the facility and revive/ repair all things damaged including bodies, furniture, SCPs, everithing.
incident 4 on █/█/██ SCP 4418 escaped by <data expunged> this ended in more than █████ deaths and the total disaprance of SCP 4418, he has not been seen since. The only thing left was a note wrote by SCP 4418.
Over ███████ deaths have been reported, all witnesses describe SCP 4418's fisical aperiance.
