Turtles' First SCP? SCP-5700

THIS SCP IS SAFE. THOUGH IT MAY LOOK DANGEROUS, DO NOT HURT IT AT ANY CAUSES, UNLESS MADE UPSET.
SCP-5700 is a zombie-like humanoid that can speak, but cannot talk quick or very loud.
Rules to being around SCP-5700.
-Do not make SCP-5700 upset. Will cause loud screams/crying that can hurt your ears, and possibly make them bleed.
-Do not call it SCP-5700 when mentioning it or talking to it. (mentioning, if 5700 is listening.) Since it will get upset by you giving it a nickname like an "object." Call it Edward, or other names like Edward, as he prefers names like Eddie, and such.
-If you DO upset SCP-5700, you can calm it down by simply hugging it, although people who are squeamish wouldn't want to, since most of his skin is stitched together, and bloody. (It is his blood.)
-Unless you are what Dr. December calls "The Biggest Asshole of All Assholes," it is basically impossible to make SCP-5700 angry, or angry to the point of violence.
-Used to be the adoptive HUMAN father of two scientists.
-SCP-5700 is very secretive, so most of his important information is unclassified, but he may tell one of us, and we will update on him.
