Special Containment Procedures: [SCP-5797 is contained in a 3x2 meter desk drawer at Site-48b for its neurological and metalogical mutations on the human species. The desk, otherwise known as SCP-5797-SK, was first discovered after the fall of U.N.G.O.C. in 2023 resulting in numerous abandoned Sites and safehouses. SCP-5797-01 was found when MTF Unit Omicron-19 "Wear n' Tear" thoroughly cleaned the site and SCP-5797-SK¹. ]

Description: [SCP-5797 is a formally terminated file of the U.N. Global Occult Coalition from 1978. The file resembles many features of the original file except for the aforementioned U.N.G.O.C.'s participation in the file, instead, its insignia on the file most closely resembles the Serpent's Hand logo. The file is Euclid notably from its power to posses foundation personnel upon reading SCP-5797-01, to resign and work for the Serpent's Hand, now on referred to as SCP-5797-SKH². Testing on SCP-5797-SKH is even more restricted as they are physically hostile to foundation personnel. ]

SCP-5797-SKH Incident Reports:

SCP-5797-1: Senior Researcher Karol Hall of Site-48A was requested to 48B for research and testing on SCP-5797-01 at 04:00 hours. Karol is known for exquisite mental health so the job was fitting. Karol Hall entered the testing room and was informed to read SCP-5797 and describe the metalogical effects on her mental health. No immediate signs of distress but she got an uneasy feeling³. Karol Hall becomes highly agitated at foundation personnel and later resigns unexpectedly. She was apprehended by MTF Unit Iota-10 "Damn Feds" in a heist for SCP-210. The SI⁴ decides reclassification of SCP-5797 disruption class to Ekhi and risk class to Disrupt.

SCP-5797-02: Termination of Low Risk Researcher Mikael Andersson of the SARD⁵ was decided upon the 05 council but was rejected and later changed to testing on SCP-5797.⁶ Mikael Andersson becomes extremely agitated while in his holding cell and later escaped the Site becoming a Serpents Hand. Mikael was later apprehended by MTF Unit Psi-8 "The Silencers" in a heist for SCP-3591.
