Special Containment Procedures: Due to the failure of the Foundation to detect the existence of SCP-XXXX due to the reality-warping and mimetic effects of SCP-XXXX, containment is no longer possible. SCP-XXXX currently effects 50% of the world population, and any attempt at either containing or assassinating SCP-XXXX would result in mass social upheaval due to it's identity as the President of the United States of America.

he O-5 council has rejected multiple proposals for containment for reasons of practicality as well as political stability. The current Foundation policy is to moniter the effects of SCP-XXXX on the world population in order to better understand, and potentially even combat, the effects of SCP-XXXX.

Description: SCP-XXXX is the 45th President of the United States, Donald J. Trump. SCP-XXXX is a mimetic and/or reality-warping (research results pending) involuntarily generated by SCP-XXXX and experienced by individuals who come into contact with any statement made by SCP-XXXX through either direct contact, video or audio transmission, or written language.

Individuals exposed to statements made by SCP-XXXX experience Alpha, Gamma, or Delta perception categories. These perceptions do not seem to correlate with race or sex, although the effects bear a very strong correlation with political bias.

Alpha- Established as the "baseline" perception observed by those unaffected by SCP-XXXX, as this is the perception category experienced by Foundation agents with a CRV score of 30 or higher as well as with AI confirmation.

In the Alpha perception, SCP-XXXX appears to be a standard politician holding conventional political opinions. It's positions and actions are not in-line with the Republican party, however, and tend to be remarkably centrist in tendency. The only truly abnormal deviation from political norms seems to be SCP-XXXX's activity on social media, but this is in-line with SCP-XXXX's behavior from before it began to exhibit anomalous effects.

Alpha individuals tend to support SCP-XXXX according when exposed to Gamma individuals, although exposure to Gamma individuals does not seem to have any effect. This may be due to the "underdog" phenomena, as Gamma individuals make up the majority of those effected by SCP-XXXX.

Gamma- Individuals experiencing the Gamma perception hear SCP-XXXX's communications and view their opinions in a way that is far detached from reality. They perceive every idea expressed by SCP-XXXX as being noble and just, even when SCP-XXXX is actually expressing a viewpoint on something that they would, when the statement is put through class-4 mimetic filtering, oppose.

Said individuals deify SCP-XXXX, and are incapable of comprehending negative actions performed by SCP-XXXX. It is estimated that the Gamma perception makes up less than 25% of those effected by SCP-XXXX.

Delta- The Delta perception is the most common effect of SCP-XXXX, and is extremely prominent in "famous" people including actors, politicians, YouTube stars, and social media personalities. The Delta perception completely warps reality from the perspective of Gamma
