SCP-7709

Item #: SCP-7709

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7709 is to be kept in a locked soundproof containment chamber at all times. This chamber is to be cleaned and SCP-7709 is to be fed 2 cups of food daily. Personnel are not to speak while in SCP-7709's containment chamber. Personnel are not to be told the anomalous properties of SCP-7709 to prevent rogue personnel. SCP-7709-1 is to be kept in a standard non-sentient object box in the same site as SCP-7709.

Description: SCP-7709 appears to be a completely average female Beagle (Canis lupus familiaris) and all testing shows that SCP-7709 is in fact a biological Beagle. SCP-7709-1 is a plastic red Frisbee with no branding on it. Both items are completely safe and seem non-anomalous unless SCP-7709 hears the word "fetch". Upon hearing this word, SCP-7709 will rush to SCP-7709-1 at astonishing speeds. SCP-7709 was recorded running at speeds over 125 km/h. No known material can stop SCP-7709's progress to SCP-7709-1. Upon reaching SCP-7709-1, SCP-7709 will pick the Frisbee up in it's mouth and begin running back to the person who said "fetch". SCP-7709 will then drop SCP-7709-1 at the person's feet and will lie down and begin panting for a duration relative to the distance traveled by SCP-7709
