We have been monitering this creature for sevral days now, it just showed up in an empty unit.
While janitor 056 was cleaning the blood off the walls his tracker went dead. We have looked on the security footage repeatedly and each time the officer monitering is found dead with the screen off. We have yet to find out whats inside unfortunetly we can not send anyone in after fifty personel died each time the guard on duty reports singing then a scream cut off halfway threw.

We must find away to get a photo. We tried multiple officers in the same room as the security camreas output, each time we find one all the men dead and the women drived insane. Officer 267 reports seeing many people dancing and the a girl on the bed screams and they all fall to the fround dead. Shortly after she killed herself. This is the case with many of the female officers, telling of a girl on a bed screaming and then hours later the officers kill them selves. Docter 009 reports that the male officers seemed to have been emptued of they're organs with no open wound and cuts all along they're throughts. Another docter reports an officer seemed to have had theyre jaw ripped so far open it brooke.

We still have yet to have proof that there anything even in there
