Special Containment Procedures: Guards disguised as Civilians are to be stationed as far away as possible near the site at all times to report any activity and any Civilian trying to enter the site must be stopped as fast as possible either by bribery or threatening. *Civilians who successed in entering the site have been reported missing.* therefore no one is allowed to enter.
