Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is currently housed at Site-17. SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 5 x 6 meter cell furnished with a bed, a nightstand, a desk and a bookshelf with foundation approved science textbooks and comic books. The cell must be insulated with a 2 cm thick layer of rubber, to prevent damage to site electrical equipment. SCP-XXXX Is allowed to request new books, comics and simple electronic equipment to keep in its cell, but each request must first be approved by level 4 personnel of Site-17.

The subject is allowed to freely roam the facility should it desire to and eat at the main canteen, though it must return to its cell from the hours of 10 PM to 8 AM, and during emergency lockdowns. It is allowed to interact with foundation personnel, and can accompany Agent Lewis Anders and Dr. Yun to observe testing of other safe and euclid class SCPs, but it is forbidden to perform testing itself due to its anomalous capabilities.

When outside its cell, SCP-???? Must wear a special set of clothes and a backpack for the safety of those around it. The clothes are insulated with a thin layer of metal coated rubber, with the wires leading into the backpack where energy that is expelled from SCP-???? Is stored in a battery for future use.

Description: SCP-XXXX Is an albino caucasian male approximately twenty (20) years of age, with white hair, pale skin and red eyes. Subject is otherwise unremarkable visually, other than its hair constantly standing on end due to static electricity. It has a friendly disposition with site personnel and is cooperative with its containment procedures, and shows curiosity in the Foundation and its research.

SCP-XXXX has the ability to generate an intense amount of electricity (up to 20,000 amps) from every part of its body. It is able to control the energy it expels down to the amp, though it loses this control when it goes to sleep or experiences emotional distress. Its cell is lined with insulation and wiring similar to that of its suit, so that any energy it expels while in its cell can be redirected safely away from surrounding equipment and stored in batteries to aid with powering the rest of the facility.

The subject is also highly intelligent, and claims to have been a scientist and engineer before it was taken to Site-17. These claims appear to be true, as they are substantiated by the small scale electrical experiments it has been able to perform in its cell, as well as its quick adaptation to life in Site-17 and acceptance of anomalies as scientific fact. It will occasionally offer advice to the site researchers on how to improve its cell to increase its efficiency.
Its combination of intelligence and anomalous capabilities may prove useful to Foundation research staff, experiments and access pending approval.

SCP-XXXX Was discovered on June [REDACTED], 20[REDACTED] in [REDACTED], Wisconsin by Site-17 Agent Lewis Anders, during an emergency response to an electrical anomaly at its address, [REDACTED]. Anders tranquilized the subject during an anomalous outburst, suffering severe electrical burns on his left arm and face. A rescue team of personnel with electrically insulated equipment was then dispatched to the location, bringing Agent Anders into intensive care and restraining SCP-XXXX In a containment cell for transportation back to Site-17.

Addendum XXXX-A: Interview with SCP-XXXX regarding the origins of its anomalous capabilities

Following the arrival of SCP-XXXX at Site-17 and a precursory understanding of its anomalous capabilities through an electrical outburst during its first night in containment, Dr.Jesse Yun requested an interview with SCP-XXXX To test its disposition and discover the origin of its anomalous properties.

The following interview was conducted by Dr. Jesse Yun on 06/27/20[REDACTED] with Agents Anders and Fields observing via streamed video.

Dr. Yun: Good morning, SCP-XXXX, my name is Dr. Yun. How are you feeling?

SCP-XXXX: Where are we? Is this some sort of government compound? I’ve always wondered where they take the weird [REDACTED] that’s out there, I know you guys have been covering it up.

Dr. Yun: That information is classified to you, SCP-XXXX. We picked you up yesterday morning after reports of a spherical electrical anomaly were received and everything electrical, including our sensors, were overloaded within a mile radius of your location.
SCP-XXXX: A mile?! Holy [REDACTED], I had no clue it would have that level of power output. (SCP-XXXX Begins muttering to itself) I’ll have to turn down the electrocerebral output sensors… that amount of power more than likely fried him…

Dr. Yun: Tell me, SCP-XXXX, what were you doing that caused that level of electrical output?
