Containment procedures
SCP-4768 has to be contained in a small room of approximately 4x4 meters of diameter and 4x4 in height. SCP-4768-C has to be contained in the same room to avoid breaches. The room must be visualized due to the unstable behavior of SCP-4768-C.
Description
SCP-4768 is a box made out of wood, the size of the box is 20cm in height and 30 in diameter. SCP-4768 has a secret dimension hidden inside of the box, whoever opens the box will instantly be teleported to the dimension. The dimension which is SCP-4768-B has an undefined size with strange creatures that will constantly try to leave the box, for now, only one of them has attempted to leave the box.
That creature is SCP-4768-C an entity with unknown powers and unstable but mostly aggressive behavior. SCP-4768 has been found in a cabin at ███████'s forest. It is believed that its old owner was praying for an unknown cult. In the same cabin were found strange symbols made out of the blood.

Dr.████ has sent 2 Class-D personnel into SCP-4768's cell, later on, Dr.████ said for the Class-D personnel to interact with SCP-4678-C, later on, they were found dead with no sights of bleeding or any wound, they have been examined and diagnosed with total organ failure, resulting on death.

Incident # 1
SCP-4768-C attempted to escape its cell with SCP 4512. It has been stopped by Mobile task force Eplision-11 "Nine-tailed fox" that arrived due to a massive breach on site-██. SCP-4768 immediately fell into the ground, after that, SCP-4512-C started to feel extreme pain causing a massive ██████████. ███ people died on the incident.
Incident # 2
SCP-4768's cell started to collapse, the technicians were advised and fixed the structure immediately. After that SCP-4768 has shown a strange behavior, hours later another test was made to examine the behavior of the box, after that [DATA EXPUNGED].

Addendum # 1
The O5 council has sent Dr.█████ two Class-D personnel a biologist a scientist and a geographist inside of the box for exploration, after that only Dr.█████ and the biologist was alive. The O5 council has sent A Psychiatrist to interview both:
Psychiatrist: Hello, I would like to ask questions from your last exploration inside of SCP-4768. Due to the lack of information we have, we need you to explain the things you saw inside the box
Dr.█████: Oh yea, we saw many things. None of them liked our presence there.
Biologist: Since this is an interview I will explain carefully. So, we have entered the box, and we arrived at a short cave, we started to walk by, our Class-D started to feel feverish, so after we arrived at a lake which was close to the cave we stopped there to sleep as it was already night in that dimension. Our biological clock was useless there, so we tried to stay as long as we could to be safe from any danger, even though we knew that we wouldn't be safe if a creature came to our direction.
Dr.█████: Yea, we have collected information about the terrain, it was full of nutrients and the plants weren't like any of the plants discovered on earth. It was quite a bit strange since we detected no water within the solo, that would mean that the plants would die. We still don't know how that happened.
Psychiatrist: Ok, let's get to the point. What has happened to the Class-D personnel and the others?
Dr.█████: Well, after 4 days of exploration, we saw a creature, it was really big, probably more than a thousand meters. The creature seemed to be at an adult state and didn't need too much food to survive on that ambient. That thing… It could probably cause an XK-Class end of the world scenario.
After that, it came into our direction, the others couldn't escape.
Dr.█████ appears to have developed symptoms of anxiety. He starts screaming in agony and doesn't stop until the guards stop him.
