Lost in Zaraknah
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class:Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: A security and research site, nicknamed "The Evic", has been established around the area of SCP-XXXX. Any and all roadway connected to or near SCP-XXXX is to be demolished and rebuilt elsewhere. Security cameras, trespassing signs, and security patrols will help secure the area around SCP-XXXX's fence. A electrified fencing with a 2mi radius surrounding SCP-XXXX also helps secure the site. 10 Security teams will keep watch of the perimeter, guarding SCP-XXXX from any trespassers. In the event of a containment breach, the perpetrator(s) are to be apprehended, and administered Class-B amnestics.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a large citadel/tower suggested to have been built in the 14th century and is a spacial anomaly. It is located in a dead forest near ████████. SCP-XXXX on the outside appears to be just a ordinary large tower. However, with further inspection of the interior, the tower is a enormous, confusing set of rooms connected with each becoming more and more unstable. Pieces of the structure within SCP-XXXX are missing, through the missing material there seems to be a endless void of colors, with no sight of anything else.
Visualization of SCP-XXXX
There are a series of anomalous entities within SCP-XXXX. Residing in most of the open common rooms (Upper/Lower Grand Ballroom, stables, Banquet Hall, Guest Chambers, Lower/Middle Opera Halls) of SCP-XXXX there are transparent humanoid visages, SCP-XXXX-1. SCP-XXXX-1 appear to be ghosts/memories of humans that have lingered in the castle. They do not react to anything, and continue to act as if nothing is wrong. They do not seem to be hostile or even recognize that there is a human nearby. Within the stables there are also horses that are visages, SCP-XXXX-1-1. Upon the balcony, exiting the broken down hallway, there is a massive entity, SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 is a winged creature, made of bones. It is black, and has a beckon loud enough to shake the entire tower. SCP-XXXX-2 is a extremely hostile entity, and attacks anything it sees.
Visualization of SCP-XXXX-2
Near the guest rooms, on the back end of the Upper Grand Ballroom, there is a statue entity, SCP-XXXX-3. Unlike the visages, SCP-XXXX-3 acknowledges the presence of the humans. SCP-XXXX-3 asks questions, but does not respond to someone talking to it. If a question goes unanswered, SCP-XXXX-3 becomes hostile to any entity nearby. SCP-XXXX-3 does not exit it's room. A entity who calls himself "Ydym", SCP-XXXX-4, resides in the Upper Grand Library. Ydym appears to be a humanoid entity covered in robes and dark clothing. The only facial appearance it has is it's glowing blue eyes shining from the void inside of the hood. This entity is friendly. He is a guide to the tower, and leads people to a place they request. Ydym does not speak, but nods and makes gestures to answer questions the best it can. The last entity to reside in SCP-XXXX is Divhme, SCP-XXXX-5. SCP-XXXX-5 has a long brown robe, with feathers sticking out of the shoulder area of the robe, and a staff he wields in his left arm. He proclaims to be the owner of the tower, and is very friendly on surface level. SCP-XXXX-5 is a hyper-lethal being, it possesses reality bending powers, mage-like abilities, and memory altering capabilities. Note: upon tapping his staff twice on the ground, SCP-XXXX-5 morphs into a small black crow, with glowing purple eyes.

There are 3 tables with similar carpets to the one in the Lower Grand Ballroom underneath them. There are exactly 50 chairs within the Banquet hall. Upon each chair is a rotting skeleton. In all of their hands are their drinking glasses. Upon the tables is unrotted food. It looks completely fresh.
Guardhouse
Within the Small Barracks of the Upper Stables, there is a door on the right wall. Inside is a small dinning area for the guards. There is no food on the tables.
Guest Chambers
On the right wall of the Upper Grand Ballroom, there is a Archway leading into the Guest Chambers. There are three rooms on the left wall of the Guest Chambers hallway leading into a large living room area. In each living room area there are 6 doors in which smaller chambers with beds are. Each living room and chamber look exactly the same. 3 bookshelves on the right wall upon entering, a small study with 2 tables on the left. Going down the small set of stairs into the living room area, there are many tables and a small coat closet. There are two doors on the left wall of the lower living room area, two more on the far wall, and two more on the right wall. Each room has a small table, a closet, and a large bed.
Lower Opera Hall
Directly forward upon entering the Upper Grand Ballroom. Down the stairs onto the penny crowd floor, there is 50 benches to sit on to watch the plays that constantly play. To the left and right upon entering the Lower Opera Hall there is a slightly ascended flooring that leads to a staircase on each side that leads to the Middle Opera Hall.
Middle Opera Hall
The Middle Opera Hall is a gallery1 There are small vending stands for food and drinks against the right wall. There are seats and tables on the left, overlooking the theater. At the far end of the Middle Opera Hall, there is a staircase that leads to the Upper Opera Hall.
Upper Opera Hall
The Upper Opera Hall is exactly the same as the Middle Opera Hall, except it doesn't have vendors. There are bookshelves with statues of dragon whelps. In the middle section of the Upper Opera Hall on the left wall, there is a archway leading to a crumbling Spire Walkway.
Crumbling Spire Walkway
The crumbling Spire Walkway is a long descending circular walkway leading to three different rooms. There are large spiders, and collapsing walls. At the bottom of the Spire Walkway, you will reach a doorway leading to the Lower Terrace. To the right of the doorway to the Lower Terrace there is a short hallway leading to a doorway that exits into the Upper Grand Ballroom. To the left of the doorway to the Lower Terrace, there is a staircase going above entrance into the Crumbling spire.
Lower Terrace
The lower terrace is a large semi circle walkway, with a void in between the walkway and the citadel. Within this void SCP-XXXX-2 hides. If a entity steps foot upon the Lower Terrace, SCP-XXXX-2 become enraged, defending the Terrace. The end of the Lower Terrace loops back into the Spire Walkway, exiting underneath the staircase.
Upper Terrace
Reaching the top of the staircase in the Spire Walkway, you will reach the Upper Terrace. SCP-XXXX-2 also defends the Upper Terrace. The Upper Terrace is a short walkway, with a square platform with a few broken chairs and a table. Reaching the exit of the Upper Terrace you enter the Grand Menagerie.
Grand Menagerie
Entering the Grand Menagerie, you are greeted with a small red and white circular room. In the middle is a large statue of SCP-XXXX-5. Behind the statue is the entrance into the main hallway of the Grand Menagerie. Entering the main hallway of the Grand Menagerie, you enter on the right side. On the walls of the Grand Menagerie there are statues of every animal on earth. They all are hyper realistically carved, made of white stone, and have glowing green eyes. The far end of the Grand Menagerie leads to the Lower Grand Library.
Lower Grand Library
Entering the Lower Grand Library, you arrive on a small circular platform that is elevated. On the left side of the platform there is a staircase going down onto the main floor of the Library. Within the library there are small goblin like creatures. They do not appear to be hostile, but they do pick pocket if you're not looking. The right wall is a large blue stain glass window, though you cannot see out of it, and there is no sunlight coming from the window. The roof of the library is missing, and the walls near the top are broken off and floating. The sky is a deep purple, with no clouds. On the left wall of the library there are many bookshelves. All of these books are written in a unknown language. In some corners of the room there are burning books, but the fire does not spread. The left corner of the far wall of the Lower Grand Library has another circular elevated platform, with a staircase on the left side of it, this leads to the Upper Grand Library.
Upper Grand Library
The Upper Grand Library is a series of elevated platforms and walkways heading to the top of the library. The first platform is a large circular room. It has 8 smaller windows just like the one in the Lower Grand Library. In between each window there is bookshelves. The right side of the platform is a overlook of the Lower Grand Library. The second Platform is a square room, with two walkways. The walkway on the left leads to a large library study, with books 8ft tall, 6 ft wide, and 2ft thick. Going through the other door, you enter the series of walkways and 8 small rooms with bookshelves and tables. The final room, is a large circular with six large bookshelves on each wall. On the far end of the room there are two walkways, one descends and the other ascends. Going up the ascending walkway, you reach the Astronomy Outlook. Going down the other walkway you reach the small study. SCP-XXXX-4, Ydym, resides in the study. He holds the key to the Gamemaster's Hall, and lets anyone who asks into the room.
Astronomy Outlook
The Astronomy Outlook, is a large domed circular room with a giant telescope in the middle. There are 3 book shelves on each side of the room going all the way to the ceiling. There is a visual representation of our universe that floats throughout the room, though nothing seems to be projecting it in anyway.
Gamemaster's Hall
Entering the Gamemaster's Hall, you are greeted by a faded projection of SCP-XXXX-5, Divhme. The Gamemaster's Hall room, is a large square room with a tile floor resembling a chess board. There are 8 archways on each side of the room. The far end of the room has a staircase leading upwards. He explains the only way of furthering their journey through the citadel, they must play a game of chess. This game of chess forces one half of the group to face off against the other half as actual pieces of the chess board. Two celestial being, seeming to just be large version of SCP-XXXX-5, play the game of chess, the winning team continues, the losing team falls into the same fate of SCP-XXXX-1. Once the game is over, the door at the top of the staircase opens for the winning team. This doorway leads to SCP-XXXX-5's, Divhme's, Quarters.
Divhme's Quarters
The first room of Divhme's Quarters is a short wide hallway leading to the left and right. To the left you go up a short ascending circular walkway leading to Divhme's Bedroom. The bedroom area has four different rooms. The first and second room have statues of various warriors, and two lions at the entrance to the third room. The third room is the bedroom. There are more bookcases, tables, chairs, and a globe of a world that is not earth. The fourth room is a small oval room with a carpet and a circular staircase. The staircase leads down to the left side of the wide hallway.
Citadel Peak
Going up the staircase you leave the inside of the citadel and reach the peak of it. Looking down you see just the citadel as if you were looking at it from the outside, but not on Earth. You are in a large gray canyon with dead trees and sharp rocks everywhere. Where the entrance would be there is a burning city. There doesn't seem to be anything living in the city though. There is a impossible small arched doorway leading to a hallway that isn't there when looking at where it would be outside. Going through this archway leads to a new realm. It is one large rock platform floating above a endless abyss. There is a heavy fog with large rocks floating in the distance, along with some type of bird of prey flying in the distance. It looks to be as large as a bus.
Crypts of Zaraknah
The Crypts of Zaraknah are not inside of the Citadel, they are .5mi south east of the Citadel. It has a catacomb entrance. There is a large wooden blockade erected between the lower part of the Crypts and the main upper area. Going past this blockade you reach a large rectangular room. Within the middle there is a very large dirt pile with hundreds of bones scattered ontop and within the dirt. The far end of the crypt has a hole, where there is a large body of water. Within the water, there several chains connecting to the walls. Connected to these chains there are hundreds of bodies floating upside down, with a rope around their neck keeping them connected to the chain.

VI-7 Cornell: Camera's live, radio's up, ready check?
VI-7 Moody: Ready.
VI-7 ZZ: Ready.
VI-7 Oni: Present.
VI-7 Rex: Ready.
VI-7 Smiles: Ready.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Ready and accounted for.
VI-7 Cornell: Alright, we will be moving in in 45 seconds. Keep your lights up, radios on, locations active, and silencers on your weapons. If you get lost, well, don't. We have no information on the interior layout of the citadel so we don't have any maps. Is that clear?
Rest of the team: Clear
Site Command: 30 Seconds.
VI-7 Cornell: I will take point, Smiles behind me, ZZ behind him, Oni, behind him, Rex behind him, Moody behind him, and OJ last. OJ watch our backs, rest of you watch flank. Moody, Rex, I want you to grab anything that seems important. Oni, take audio excerpts on the surroundings. I don't want anything missed. If one of them wanders off to take a closer look, go with them OJ.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Understood.
Site Command: 15 Seconds.
VI-7 Cornell: Alright get ready, weapons up.
Long Pause
Site Command: Twilight's Fall, begin operation.
VI-7 Cornell: Let's go.
Team enters SCP-XXXX, opening to a large ballroom, partially crumbling and covered with dust and cobwebs.
VI-7 Rex: What's that? Turn off your lights.
Team turns off shoulder mounted lights, as VI-7 Rex points towards a humanoid visage moving around the ballroom.
VI-7 Rex: What a minute there's more.
Multiple humanoid visages are seen moving around the ballroom
VI-7 Moody: It looks like — It looks like they're.. dancing?
VI-7 Cornell: It does.. hmm..
A visage comes from the side of the door, right in front of the MTF team, but isn't responsive to them.
VI-7 Smiles: I don't think they're acknowledging us.
VI-7 Smiles exits the doorway, moving onto the ballroom floor.
VI-7 Cornell: What are you doing? Get over he-
VI-7 Smiles walks right through a visage, nothing happens.
VI-7 Cornell: huh… alright, Vicarious, move forward.
MTF Vicarious heads onto the open ballroom floor.
A small bird floats down onto the ballroom floor. Landing in the middle of the room.
VI-7 Oni: What's that?
VI-7 "Orange Juice": A bird dumb ass.
VI-7 Oni: Well no shit, why are it's eyes glowing purple
A blast of air knocks down the MTF team, when they get up, the bird is gone. Instead there is a hooded man with a staff.
Unknown Man: Welcome! Welcome! Welcome to Zaraknah! I am Divhme, the owner of the tower. As a guest you may go every where you like! If you have any questions, ask Ydym, you can find him in the upper library. Have a good stay!
Divhme taps his staff twice, morphing into a bird and taking off.
VI-7 Smiles: What the fuck just happened?
VI-7 Cornell: I think we just got greeted. Lets move up. See that archway on the left? That's where we'll go.
MTF Vicarious heads towards the archway, and heading down the staircase.
VI-7 Moody: What the hell is that smell?
VI-7 Cornell: Smells like a barn.
MTF Vicarious heads into the stables.
VI-7 Rex: Ah great, first ghost people, and bird people. Now we got ghost horses.
VI-7 Cornell: As long as they're not hostile, we'll be fine.
MTF Vicarious head around the stables to reach the staircase on the far side.
VI-7 Cornell: Alright, Moody, Smiles, I want you to sit right here and guard the staircase. We'll be right back down. If we find a large amount of rooms we'll come grab you before we look around.
VI-7 Moody: (sighs) Alright.
VI-7 Smiles: Understood.
VI-7 Cornell, VI-7 ZZ, VI-7 Rex, VI-7 Oni, Vi-7 "Orange Juice" head up the staircase.
VI-7 Cornell puts up a halt hand sign, voices are heard ahead. VI-7 Cornell slowly creeps up to the doorway, peaking inside. There are two guards talking to each other. VI-7 Cornell makes a move forward hand motion.
VI-7 Cornell: These ones don't like visages, but they're covered in armor and I don't have a good look on their face.
VI-7 Cornell moves into the room, gun slightly lifted.
VI-7 Cornell: Hello?
The two guards turn and look at VI-7 Cornell, their faces, lack there of, are drained to the bone, their eyes glowing red, the move towards VI-7 Cornell with slow erratic movement.
VI-7 Cornell: Stop where you are!
The two guards still approach, the left one lifting his battle axe, and the right one in a defensive stance with a sword and shield, ready for combat.
VI-7 Cornell fires at the left guard, blowing its head off, the right guard lifts his shield to block most of his body. VI-7 Cornell fires at shield, but the shield deflects the bullets. ZZ, Rex, Oni, and "OJ" now are in the room, also firing, but their bullets are deflected.
VI-7 Cornell backs up, moving back to the doorway. The guard is 10 feet away, making a fast approach. VI-7 Cornell grabs a sword off the armory wall, tossing it to ZZ, and grabbing another for himself. They both swing at the guard, one locking their swords with the guard and the other striking the shield. ZZ, striking the shield, lifts his sword back and quickly moves to the back side of the guard, stabbing it in the back of the head. The guard collapses. Two other guard with bows heard the gunshots and rushed over. OJ, Rex, and Oni fire their weapons at the archers, taking them out.
VI-7 Moody: (Over the radio) I heard gunfire, are you ok?
VI-7 Cornell: Yea, we had a little run in with some guards. Keep your eyes out there might be more coming from your location.
VI-7 Moody: (Over the radio) Understood.
VI-7 Cornell: Site command, you there?
Silence.
VI-7 Cornell:I repeat, site command, are you there?
Silence.
VI-7 Cornell: Dammit, comms are down with command. We'll be moving forward blind.
VI-7 Moody: This sucks. Either nothing happens to the people that stick behind or the people that stick behind die. And I'm definitely not letting that happen.
VI-7 Smiles: Hey hey - shh. whispering do you hear that?
Clicking noises can be heard in the distance.
VI-7 Moody:Yea, what is it?
VI-7 Smiles: I don't know but I think we're about to find out.
Four giant arachnid comes around the corner. Clicking with their mouths, coming towards the two MTF members.
VI-7 Moody: What the f- go go, up the stairs! UP THE STAIRS!

Audio/Video log resumes.
MTF Vicarious can be seen through a dropped camera, sitting around 4 dead arachnids. They are out of breath and sweaty.
VI-7 Moody: I can't believe one of those- those- things got ZZ, jesus.
VI-7 Moody looks over at VI-7 ZZ's mangled body. He looks away and gags.
VI-7 Cornell: (Coughing) At least it was only one of us - (coughs) - Alright… where the hell are we?
VI-7 "Orange Juice": We appear to be on the upper floor of the ballroom.
VI-7 Moody: Why don't we go that way? where there's less spider webs, and less spiders.
VI-7 Cornell: Alright. Alright, grab you gear, we're moving out.
MTF Vicarious re-equip their gear and head towards the small archway leading to a hallway.
VI-7 Cornell: I think we're in the guest room area. Oni, OJ, head to that third door down, you guys will check that room out. Rex, Smiles, you will be on the second door. Moody, you're with me.
MTF Vicarious head to their respected doors. VI-7 Cornell holds up his hand, counting down from three on it.
VI-7 Cornell and VI-7 Moody breach into the small living room type area of the guest chamber. In the middle there is a single seat where SCP-XXXX-5 is sitting.
Divhme: Ah, I see you've made it this far. But I sense there's one less of you within the castle? How sad.
VI-7 Moody: Ah, shut up.
Divhme: Why? How about I make a offer, hmm?
VI-7 Cornell: Offer for what?
Divhme: For your pal's life back.
VI-7 Cornell: Yea? And we what do we have to do?
Divhme: Slay the beast within the void.
VI-7 Cornell: What? What beast? What void? Wouldn't more of us die trying to kill it?
Divhme: If you can slay it, any one that is dead prior to slaying it will be resurrected, but after you slay it. There will be no more second chances.
VI-7 Moody: Where is this "beast".
Divhme: Oh you'll find it.
VI-7 Moody: What is that suppose to mean?
Divhme smiles, taps his staff twice on the floor, and flies away as a crow.
VI-7 Moody: I don't like that guy.
VI-7 Cornell: I don't think any of us do.
VI-7 Moody and VI-7 Cornell exit the room, collecting some interesting journals before leaving. They see the other four are already waiting outside.
VI-7 Smiles: Hey, we got something for you to see.
MTF Vicarious head farther down the hallway, and enter into a large domed circular room. There is a statue of a maiden moving around the room.
Maiden: Hello.
VI-7 Cornell: Who are you?
Maiden: Why are you here?
VI-7 Cornell: Huh? oh, uhh, we're exploring the citadel and reporting what we find. Who are you?
Maiden: Reporting to who?
VI-7 Cornell: I don't think I can tell you that.
Maiden: (Turning around to look at VI-7 Cornell) I said, reporting to who. (Their eyes becoming slightly red.)
VI-7 Cornell: To our command, to keep information on what we find here. Who is Divhme?
Maiden: How long do you plan on staying here?
VI-7 Cornell: Hey I asked you a question, can we please get a answer?
Maiden: How long do you plan on staying here?
VI-7 Cornell: I don't know, now answer the question.
Maiden: (Becoming aggravated) How long do you plan on staying here?
VI-7 Cornell: I just told you, I don't know.
The maiden's eyes are now deep red.
Maiden: When I ask a question. You answer.
VI-7 Cornell: Alright - Alright, calm down. We'll be here until we have enough findings to report back to command.
Maiden: (Becoming less aggravated) Why does he have a interest in you?
VI-7 Cornell: Who's he?
Silence
VI-7 Cornell: What do you mean by he?
Silence
VI-7 Cornell: (talking to MTF Vicarious) I don't think it responds to questions, it only asks. Write that down Moody.
VI-7 Moody: Already on it, Sir.
VI-7 Cornell: If you're talking about that guy, uhh, Divhme? We have no idea.
Maiden: (Returning to the aggravated state) Why does he have a interest in you?
VI-7 Cornell: We don't know!
Maiden: (Starts to quickly approach MTF Vicarious, eyes fully red) Silence.
VI-7 Smiles: Oh shit — Run, RUN!
MTF Vicarious run back down the guest chamber's hallway, into the upper ballroom.
VI-7 Rex: I- (gasps for air) I don't think it will follow us through that small doorway. We should be good, for now.
VI-7 Cornell: Now what in the world is going on in that room? (pointing at a archway leading into a large open stage room.)
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Looks like a theater, sir.
MTF Vicarious approach the entrance of the theater.
VI-7 Cornell: Well, can't be worse than what we just experienced.
MTF Vicarious enter the theater.
Unknown visage on stage: Today's play will be the Ordinalia!
Applause rings out from the audience.

Audio/Video log resumes.
VI-7 Moody: I'm glad you agreed to take a break and let us watch the play.
VI-7 Cornell: Don't make me regret it.
VI-7 Rex: Yea except I have no idea what is going on in the play.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Seems like the play is about the bible, first it started the garden of eden, then the fall, then Cain and Abel, now we're at the floo-
VI-7 Moody: hey- hey wait is that? Is that ZZ? What the? ZZ is on the stage!
VI-7 Cornell: What the hell? He's a just like the other visages… does that mean everyone else that is here was a explorer that died? (He covers his lower face with his hand after he's done talking)
VI-7 Moody: We gotta save him man, we gotta save him.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Save him? What do you mean save him? He's dead.
VI-7 Moody: The wizard dude gave us a offer, he said if we can and I repeat "slay the beast within the void." We can reverse any deaths that happen within the citadel.
VI-7 Rex: Well thats…. useful?
VI-7 Oni: Not if we all die trying to save one guy, c'mon do you really think we're going to kill something? We nearly all died to spiders earlier, don't you remember?
VI-7 Moody: Yea be we didn't. HE did, we have to atleast try to save him.
VI-7 Rex: I gotta agree with Oni, I don't really feel like dying today.
VI-7 Moody: Man, screw you guys.
VI-7 Moody walks away and sits at another bench.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": What's the plan boss?
VI-7 Cornell: Not sure.. but we gotta keep moving forward. Still a lot to explore.
VI-7 Smiles: Well looks like the plays ending, do we wanna start moving?
VI-7 Cornell: Yea, lets get movin, see that doorway down there on the left? I think that goes to the second floor, lets go that way.
VI-7 Cornell gets up and walks over to Moody, motions to the doorway again.
MTF Vicarious head towards the door, proceeding up the staircase to the second floor.
MTF Vicarious start walking down the second floor of the opera hall.
VI-7 Oni: Huh, the food on the stands seem fresh.
VI-7 Cornell: I wouldn't suggest eating it though.
VI-7 Rex: I'll give you a hundred dollars if you eat it
VI-7 Cornell laughs
VI-7 Oni: With my luck you'd probably die before we get out of here and I'd never get it.
VI-7 Rex: Yea, that's probably true.
MTF Vicarious continue down the opera hall reaching the end and going up another set of staircases.
VI-7 Cornell: There's a archway up ahead, looks like its the only way to go.
VI-7 Moody: As long as there's no spiders.
VI-7 Cornell: Probably something worse.
MTF Vicarious go through the staircase down a set of stairs.
VI-7 Moody: This place looks like its about to collapse.
VI-7 Cornell: And there's more spider webs, but I don't see spiders.
VI-7 Oni: Lets just get out of here quickly..
MTF Vicarious head down the spire staircase, opening the door at the end.
VI-7 Cornell: Looks like a terrace, OJ, Oni, go check out the terrace, Moody, Smiles, see that door on our right, check that out. Rex, we're gonna go up this staircase that heads to the top.
MTF Vicarious splits up
(OJ and Oni)
VI-7 Oni: Uh… I think we figured out what the void may be? Look.
VI-7 Oni points down the middle section of the terrace, there is a void.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Yea well it doesn't look like we're on earth.
VI-7 "Orange Juice" gestures towards the horizon. There is no land, just a sun.
VI-7 Oni: This was not what I meant when I said I wanted to go on a vacation outside of the US.
VI-7 "Orange Juice laughs.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Sometimes I wish I-
Ground starts rumbling.
VI-7 Oni: What the hell was that?
VI-7 "Orange Juice": How would I know?
VI-7 Cornell: (Over the radio) Did you feel that?
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Sure did, any visuals?
VI-7 Cornell: (Over the radio) Nothing, keep looking around.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Understood.
VI-7 Oni: (Peering down the hole between the castle and the terrace again.) Uhhh, come over here.
VI-7 "Orange Juice" walks over to VI-7 Oni.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": What's up?
VI-7 Oni: Do you see that down there?
VI-7 "Orange Juice" peers down the hole.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": What the hell? There's something glowing down there. Ah, you know what. That's probably the beast, lets get the hell out of here.
The two VI-7 members start heading back towards the door.
Castle rumbles again, knocking them both down. A roar is heard coming from the void.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": (Helping Oni get up) GET UP, RUN!
A black winged entity is seen for a split second moving towards the two VI-7 members.
The two VI-7 members make it to the door, closing it behind them.
VI-7 Cornell: What happened to you two?
(Moody and Smiles)
Heading through the right doorway.
VI-7 Moody: Man, I hate those guys sometimes. I mean, wouldn't you help me save ZZ?
VI-7 Smiles: I don't know man, I gotta agree with them, I'm pretty sure we'd die trying to just save ZZ.
VI-7 Moody: Man, I guess you're right, but would you atleast try?
VI-7 Smiles: Maybe, but we'd need the full group to even do anything.
VI-7 Moody: Yea I guess so.
The two VI-7 members open the door at the end of the hallway, leading back into the upper ballroom.
VI-7 Moody: Well that was a waste of time, but at least we have a short cut now.
VI-7 Smiles: Yea for when the sp-
The ground starts rumbling.
VI-7 Cornell: (Over the radio) You guys alright?
VI-7 Smiles: Yea we're good, any idea what that was?
VI-7 Cornell: (Over the radio) Not a clue, gonna check on the other two, hold on.
VI-7 Smiles: Lets hope that stops, I don't think this castle will survive anymore of those.
VI-7 Moody: At least if the castle breaks maybe all these people will be let free?
VI-7 Smiles: I'm doubtful that's how that works
VI-7 Moody: Yea well we can always h-
Ground shakes even more this time, VI-7 Moody and VI-7 Smiles crouch to keep their stance.
VI-7 Smiles: We better group back up with the team.
VI-7 Moody: Good call.
The two VI-7 members head back down the hallway.
They enter back into the crumbling walkway, VI-7 Cornell and VI-7 Rex are already there.
VI-7 Moody: So we have no idea what's causing that?
VI-7 Cornell: Nope.
//VI-7 "Orange Juice" and VI-7 Oni rush in from the terrace door, slamming it closed.
VI-7 Cornell: What happened to you two?
**(Cornell and Rex)
Moving up the staircase leading to a upper floor.
VI-7 Cornell: Seems to be another terrace, very small. Looks like there's a door right up there.
VI-7 Rex: That's the first thing you noticed? Not the fact that there's literally no ground in the distance, or anything for that matter.
VI-7 Cornell: Well, I mean, not like we can change that, but we can go through this door.
VI-7 Rex heads up to the door, trying to open it.
VI-7 Rex: Well that's great, it's locked.
VI-7 Cornell: (sighs) wonderful.
Ground starts to shake.
VI-7 Rex: And now there's earthquakes when there's not even a earth to quake.
VI-7 Cornell: Calm down, let me check on the crew.
VI-7 Cornell: You guys alright?
VI-7 Smiles: (Over the radio) Yea we're good, any idea what that was?
VI-7 Cornell: Not a clue, gonna check on the other two, hold on.
VI-7 Cornell: Did you feel that?
VI-7 "Orange Juice": (Over the radio) Sure did, any visuals?
VI-7 Cornell: Nothing, keep looking around.
c (Over the radio) Understood.
VI-7 Cornell: Well, we got no signs of anything, but we can't do much from here. Lets head back down into the citadel.
VI-7 Rex: Yea, before this wooden terrace falls into the void with us on it.
The two MTF Vicarious members head back down the terrace into the citadel, reaching the top of the staircase on the inside.
The ground shakes violently.
VI-7 Cornell: Oh shi- (VI-7 Cornell tumbles down a few stairs) ouch.
VI-7 Cornell gets back up.
VI-7 Rex: That was even worse than the last one.
//They continue to the bottom of the stairs.
VI-7 Moody and VI-7 Smiles enter from the hallway.
VI-7 Moody: So we have no idea what's causing that?
VI-7 Cornell: Nope.
//VI-7 "Orange Juice" and VI-7 Oni rush in from the terrace door, slamming it closed.
VI-7 Cornell: What happened to you two?
Audio/Video log cuts off.
Exploration Video Log Transcript: The play, The beast.

Subject: SCP-XXXX
Team Lead: VI-7 Cornell
Team Members: VI-7 ZZ, VI-7 Moody, VI-7 Smiles, VI-7 Rex, VI-7 Oni, Vi-7 "Orange Juice"
Audio/Video log resumes.
VI-7 Moody: So you're telling me, that giant DRAGON is what we're suppose to kill?
Divhme: (Disembodied voice) Of course! He also holds the key to the upper floors!
VI-7 Moody: Seriously!?
Divhme: (Disembodied voice) Why would I joke about that?
VI-7 Moody throws his pack on the ground and sits next to it.
VI-7 Cornell: Well guys, I'm not sure what we're gonna do, but we have to do something.
VI-7 Rex: How about we go home, yea? So I can just relax and kill dragons in a video game, not die to them in real life.
VI-7 Smiles and VI-7 "Orange Juice" laugh.
VI-7 Cornell: Alright guys c'mon lets stay serious. We have to get the key from the dragon, there's nothing we can do about it.
VI-7 Moody: (whispering) and save ZZ
VI-7 Cornell: What did you say?
VI-7 Moody: Nothing.
VI-7 Cornell: Well, gear up, grab everything we have.
MTF Vicarious gathers their gear.
VI-7 Cornell: I want you guys to head out there and distract it, I have a idea to get the key, but I need it to be distracted.
VI-7 Moody: Do you need any help on your end sir?
VI-7 Cornell: No I should be good, head out there, and keep it distracted. I know you guys heard that if you die and we still kill it you will be brought back. Don't just throw yourselves at the beast, if we don't have anyone left to kill the beast then we all end up like ZZ, clear?
Rest of the team: Clear.
VI-7 Cornell: Aight, head out. I should be ready momentarily.
MTF Vicarious minus Cornell head out to the terrace.
(OJ, Oni, Rex, Smiles, and Moody)
VI-7 "Orange Juice": I sure hope the boss knows what he's doing. I don't feel like dying today.
VI-7 Moody: That old man's always got a trick up his sleeve. Now lets make sure it works.
VI-7 Oni: Now how do we get this thing back up here?
Ground begins to rumble, a distant roar can be heard.
VI-7 Smiles: Well that answers that.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Get ready.
The ground violently rumbles, as SCP-XXXX-2 crawls out of the void onto the terrace.
MTF Vicarious begin firing at the dragon, who at first becomes slightly cautious from the bullets, until realizing the bullets had no effect on it.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Well these aren't working, Smiles, try your 203.
VI-7 Smiles switches to his M203 launcher, firing one at SCP-XXXX-2. SCP-XXXX-2 gets slightly knocked over, but recovers and continues moving towards the MTF team.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Cornell better hurry, we dont have much time.
SCP-XXXX-2 swipes at VI-7 Smiles, slightly scratching his back.
VI-7 Smiles: Ah shi- man- (VI-7 Smiles back up, firing the M203 again.)
SCP-XXXX-2 stumbles, but continues it's approach.
VI-7 "Orange Juice": (walking backwards into a wall) We're out of time, Cornell hurry up!
SCP-XXXX-2 holds up its claw, going for a second swipes.
Before the claw reaches the MTF crew, SCP-XXXX-2 collapses into a pile of bones, one of them hitting VI-7 Rex.
VI-7 Rex: Ah, my leg. (grunts) I don't think it's broken, but damn that hurt.
VI-7 Moody: What the hell happened? Hello, Cornell? Cornell are you there?
Silence.
VI-7 Moody: Cornell, are you there? Cornell!
Silence.
VI-7 Moody: Cornell's gone silent, lost his location too.
//A small crow lands upon the pile of bones. There is a sudden flash of light, and the bird is replaced by Divhme.
Divhme: Your "Cornell" just offered me a deal. A deal I will keep true.
Divhme snaps his fingers, VI-7 ZZ appears on his left, standing, then falling down uncounsious.
VI-7 Oni: What deal? What happened to Cornell?
Divhme: Why don't you watch it yourself?
DIvhme makes a small symbol with his hand in the air.
Audio/Video log cuts off.

Audio/Video log resumes.
VI-7 Cornell: Divhme, you there?
Divhme: (Disembodied voice) Always.
VI-7 Cornell: Come to me, I have a deal for you now.
A sudden flash of light goes off, Divhme is now in front of VI-7 Cornell, standing next to the door.
Divhme: What type of deal?
VI-7 Cornell pulls out his wallet. He takes a small piece of paper out of the wallet, and unfolds it. It's a picture of his family. He keeps his head down, not look at Divhme, staring at the picture.
VI-7 Cornell: I had a family once, not anymore, but those men out there, they still have a family. People they care about. People who still want to see them. I don't want them to end up like ZZ, infact I don't want ZZ to end up like ZZ. So how about we make a trade? I will give myself up if you bring back ZZ and give them the key.
Divhme: Now I understand why I would swap you for ZZ, but why would I give them the key ontop of that? This trade is very one sided.
VI-7 Cornell: Well, you see, unlike ZZ, I have information on many things. Things you've never seen before, things you'd never want to see before. (Cornell now looks up, staring Divhme straight in the eyes) If anything this trade is one sided in your favor. Because if I leave with my crew, you get nothing but some random unit named ZZ to party like the countless other people trapped in this hell.
Divhme: Hmmmm, you make a good point, are you sure about your trade?
VI-7 "Orange Juice": (Over the radio) We're out of time, Cornell hurry up!
VI-7 Cornell: Always.
(OJ, Oni, Rex, Smiles, ZZ, and Moody)
//The MTF Vicarious team is now inside of the lower library, awaiting ZZ to become conscious.
VI-7 Moody: Man, I knew the old man was crazy, but sacrificing himself is just one step past crazy.
VI-7 Smiles: I never expected that either.. (sighs)
VI-7 "Orange Juice": Guys, instead of being sad he died, why don't we be happy and appreciate he saved our lives, because, lets be honest, we were not going to kill that thing back there.
VI-7 Moody: Yea lets just throw a party right now huh? Is that what you want?
VI-7 "Orange Juice": That's not what I mean and you know it.
VI-7 Rex: Guys, guys, stop bickering, ZZ is waking up.
VI-7 Moody moves over to ZZ, kneeling down next to him.
VI-7 Moody: Hey, hey, how ya doin ZZ?
VI-7 ZZ: What the hell is going on. I just got murdered by a fucking spider then had a fever dream that I was Noah on the ark.
VI-7 Moody: Yea… we have a lot to talk about. We'll explain as we head out, but as of now, how do you feel?
VI-7 ZZ: I'm fine… I think, nothing hurts.
VI-7 Moody: Well that's good, take this. (handing over a small canteen and some food)
VI-7 ZZ: How long have I been out?
VI-7 Moody: Huh, I guess I've never really checked the time. Let me see.
VI-7 Moody goes and grabs his watch.
VI-7 Moody: Good news, clocks don't even work here so I have no idea. (tossing his watch back onto his pack)
//The MTF Vicarious team takes a short rest as ZZ looks around the library.
VI-7 ZZ begins looking through some book.
VI-7 ZZ: (Talking to himself) Well that's great, all these books are in another language.
VI-7 ZZ puts the book back in the shelf, he turns around and sees a hooded man walking through the library.
VI-7 ZZ: What the f…… Hey get away from our stuff!
VI-7 ZZ runs back over to the MTF team's area.
VI-7 ZZ: What are you doing? Back up.
The unknown entity waves his hands around, making signs with them.
VI-7 ZZ: Wait a minute, are you, uhh what did he say…. uhhh.. Y.. Ydym? Ydym, are you Ydym?
The entity nods its head at VI-7 ZZ.
VI-7 ZZ: Huh, you're don't seem hostile. Now, do you speak at all?
Ydym shakes his head.
VI-7 ZZ: Well that sucks, do you know how to write?
Ydym nods his head.
VI-7 ZZ: Ah, can you answer a few questions for me then?
Ydym nods his head.
