Foundation Webcrawler WBC-8361 "null" is to monitor the sites that SCP-8361 is hosted on, primarily the video hosting website YouTube. Videos that lack a title and videos uploaded by accounts with no public name are to be forwarded to Researcher Gilbert. Monitoring of SCP-8361-1 is to be done manually.
In the event that SCP-8361 or SCP-8361-1's behavior changes in function in any significant manner, MTF Mu-594 "Cult of Naught" is to identify and contain all instances of SCP-8361-1. Upon identification and containment of individual SCP-8361-1 instances, Class C amnestics are to be applied. Foundation personnel embedded in YouTube, LLC are to terminate instances of SCP-8361.
Description:
SCP-8361 is one or more YouTube channels that lack a channel name that upload videos that likewise have no name. As of 21 March, 2020, the contents of these videos have invariably been synthesized, "vocaloid"-style music. Cognitohazard, infohazard, and memetic screening of these videos have identified no known anomalous properties. Additionally, Aetheric Resonance Imaging, remote Hume counts, Akiva radiation counts, and Tartarean Energy readings invariably show baseline values. Despite any obvious anomalous properties, the comment sections of these videos contain many comments authored by SCP-8361-1 instances.
SCP-8361-1 instances identify with the non-existent "Cult of " ,"" tentatively designated GOI-8361. This "Cult of " "" claims that viewers of these videos are "the chosen ones," with little other information given. GOI-8361 members cite the impossibility of searching for instances of SCP-8361 or the videos they produce.
ADDENDUM 8361-EX.1:
During routine checks of SCP documentation, the above file was found. An investigation was immediately launched, and it was found that none of the above screenings actually occurred. However, upon conducting hazard and anomalous energies screenings, it was found that the above information was, indeed, correct.
No anomalies were discovered, and members of GOI-8361 were found to be civilian internet users who were not under any anomalous influence. Additionally, Researcher Gilbert was found to be consuming the supposedly anomalous media during work hours at home under the guise of containment of SCP-8361. Researcher Gilbert has since been reprimanded and moved to another project. MTF Mu-594 has been disbanded. WBC-8361 has been re-purposed for SCP-████ containment.
"Just because internet users latch onto a meme does not meant that they are under any anomalous influence, people. How many times must we relearn this fact? Report anomalous activity if you see it, of course, but realize that a meme is not necessarily anomalous. And for crying out loud, do not waste resources during a pandemic. Testing Protocol: As SCP-2493-1 is now a Level 2 E-Class member of Foundation personnel, he is to be exposed to SCP-2140 to ensure loyalty to the Foundation. Following exposure, SCP-2493-1 will act as a liason to the civilization in 2493'. As the acting liason, SCP-2493-1 is to negotiate a stream of anti-matter be sent to our universe via a secondary aperture in exchange for a stream of matter and musical media from our universe through a tertiary aperture, as well as a secondary deal to learn manufacturing of SCP-2493-2 material in exchange for useful paratechnology.
1 ∆Ω-type deep-space generation ship is to be manufactured with manufactured SCP-2493-2 material duplicated with several clones of SCP-038. A superluminal engine is to be devised from various anomalies under Foundation control, with SCP-2117 being a prime candidate.
The manufacturing of the ∆Ω-type ship is to occur at Site-64T, with SCP-2400 placed inside of a modified and enlarged SCP-119. The modified SCP-119 is to be set to power level 5 and run for ███ seconds. The spacecraft will then be removed from SCP-2400 via anomalously enhanced means.
SCP-682 is to be placed in a nested array of Adaptive Containment Chambers (ACC) designed to auto-contain in the event SCP-682 breaches containment of one. Said nested ACC array is to be placed within a modified system mimicking those in SCP-5001, designated 5001', and subsequently placed onboard the space-faring craft and said craft. The ∆Ω-type spacecraft is to enter SCP-3321 on the far side of the moon.
The ∆Ω-type spacecraft is to travel through the edge of the universe until ██,███ years have passed on-board. Due to the relativistic nature of time in superluminal travel, this would be equivalent to [REDACTED] years on Earth, ensuring that a breached SCP-682 cannot return to SCP-3321 within the foreseeable future.
Once the ∆Ω-craft has completed its voyage, the anti-matter aperture is to be opened. The beam of matter is to be fired into an area that has been affected by a Geometric Destabilization Artillery Array, with SCP-682 in the center. This should cause SCP-682 to be bombarded with anti-matter from all directions, including from the inside of its body.
The 5001' complex is to be left in the spatially damaged area with the constant anti-matter beam. The ∆Ω-craft is to evacuate the location, with Scranton Reality Cannons trained on the complex. It is then to return to SCP-3321.
Once the craft passes though the anomaly, the phenomenon that causes SCP-2449 is to be used upon SCP-3321. On the other side of SCP-3321, the phenomenon that causes SCP-1698 is to be elicited.
Proposal denied.
Reason: The economic and human cost of an endeavor such as this is astronomical for the neutralization of SCP-682, of all things. Yes, 682 is a nuisance for us all, however, despite the immense cost and redundancy of this proposed project, there is still a likelihood that 682 will adapt to the containment or termination attempt. The last thing we need is SCP-682 becoming immune to anti-matter, or to be able to warp space or time.
That being said, some of the proposed methods of manufacturing of various materials are under consideration for other containment and decommissioning purposes.| Guys, if there were suddenly a zk-class reality altering event where our exist and the existence of the dimensions without SCP 682 were merged, then the concept of the indestructible lizard would be destructible. And as we all know, in the SCP universe, concept is just as powerful as corporeality. |

Reason: The likelihood of a ZK-Class "Reality Failure" Scenario going out of control is far too high. Needless to say, the Foundation will have failed in its mission to Protect humanity at that point. Denied.
ADDENDUM:
During routine maintenance of Foundation DEEPWELL Sites, the following document was discovered. Of note is that █▒¡É anomalies mentioned are not currently under Foundation custody, nor are they believed to exist.

Testing log:
By use of SCP-10001[5772], SCP-████, SCP-████-Omega[2700], ███-███, URA-1902 and SCP-████-B, SCP-2470 will be harnessed to cause a controlled ZK-Class "Reality Failure" Scenario. During said event, SCP-████[wmdd s proposal] will be used to cause an instance of Event 5235-1 to occur with an artificially created universe, designated 5235'. 5235' will be nearly identical to our own, with the sole exception of SCP-682 not existing. During the ZK-Class event, SCP-682 is to be annihilated by SCP-2470. SCP-2470 will be permitted to [DATA EXPUNGED] 99.989% of the rest of the universe.Once SCP-2470 has [DATA EXPUNGED], the ZK-Class event is to be aborted, and 5235' and baseline are to be merged. At this point, the Ennui[amnestic orientation manual] Protocol is to be enacted universally, in order to ensure a lack of knowledge of the prior events.
Results:
During the artificial ZK-Class event, SCP-682 was successfully subsumed by SCP-2470. The remainder of the test appears to have gone as planned. SCP-682 has been reclassified as Neutralized.ADDENDUM A:
Shortly after the ZK-Class "Reality Failure" Scenario was aborted, SCP-████ alerted the Foundation of a novel Tiamat-class anomalous event. While it was believed that 5235' was the only reality that would be subsumed into baseline, ██,███,███ other timelines began to merge with baseline. While this event seemed superficially similar to SCP-4800, timelines with degrees far larger than 43° were being affected, as well as the merges occurring instantaneously, as opposed to over the course of several decades. The following event was declared a ZK-Class "Rat's[rats nest hub] Nest[jack ike prop 2 offest 5]" Scenario.

Tissue Test: Biological material exposed to SCP-722's toxins were destroyed.
Testing Protocol: SCP-682's containment chamber is to be moved to SCP-722's location. SCP-682 will be exposed to the produced Toxin '722.'
Test Results: SCP-682 was temporarily incapacitated by the effects of Toxin '722' for approximately 36 hours. After this point, SCP-682 appeared to revive, and suffered from no apparent effects within 45 hours after initial exposure. Subsequent exposure has been ineffective against SCP-682.

Testing Protocol:
SCP-682 will be placed in a 5 by 5 by 5 cubic meter chamber that has modified walls allowing the volume of the chamber to be decreased. The walls of the chamber are to be made of SCP-143-reinforced materials. This object, as well as the structures allowing the chamber to be compacted, are to be assembled in an Adaptive Containment Chamber (ACC)[4972] at Armed Bio-Containment Area 14. Once SCP-682 is placed in the chamber, the volume is to decrease at a rate of 0.01 m/s with a force in excess of 300 kN. The chamber is to be flooded and drained of various hazardous materials at a rate at which SCP-682 should not be able to adapt. Examples of acceptable materials include: hydrocloric acid, flouroantimonic acid, high molar sodium hydroxide, Y220[3000], SCP-075 excretion, and SCP-955 excretion. Use of SCP-294 to acquire "something that can kill SCP-682" is authorized, but all previous attempts at doing so have failed.. A C-Class member of personnel is to be equipped with hazmat and SCBA gear and armed with SCP-2501 and SCP-429 is to be in the ACC overseeing the test. In the event that SCP-682 breaches the primary internal chamber, the C-Class personnel is to rapidly open and close SCP-2501 while looking at the chamber. They are then authorized to use SCP-429 to teleport out of the ACC into the nearby empty containment cell. Hazmat gear is then to be incinerated at 5000°C for at least 15 minutes and all anomalous objects recovered are to be treated as Keter-class anomalies until it can be verified that they are unaffected.
Test Results:
Approximately 45 seconds into the test, SCP-682 noticed that the chamber was gradually shrinking. SCP-682 began vocalizing distaste for Foundation personnel and began thrashing against its restraints. Approximately 5 minutes in, SCP-682 had breached its restraints within the primary chamber but had not breached the chamber itself. SCP-682 was unable to directly adapt to any of the chemicals used, however, it did form internal sacs within its body to collect and store it. After 7 minutes, a violent chemical reaction occurred causing the destruction of the chamber. The C-Class personnel proceeded to crush the entire structure with SCP-2501 34 consecutive times and attempted to use SCP-429 to teleport out of the ACC. Due to the nature of the ACC, this failed. The ACC was temporarily opened to allow for their escape, which was successful. It appeared that SCP-682 was contained within the ACC until it was discovered that incinerated fragments managed to develop fireproof qualities and SCP-682 reformed outside of the ACC. As Mobile Task Force Nu-7 "Hammer Down" is stationed at ABCA-14, SCP-682 was recontained with minimal casualties. The anomalous objects used were found to have no additional properties and were returned to containment. The ACC was repurposed for the containment of [REDACTED].| We put it into scp 3001 |

Reason: The last thing that any of us want to do is put a high-Hume hostile entity in a low-Hume area. It would be disastrous if SCP-682 gained reality-bending capabilities, even temporarily. It could theoretically create a Class-C "Broken Wormhole" into our reality and use it to drain reality from our universe to retain reality-bending abilities. Denied.
