Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5993 is currently contained in a class 4 blast-resistant containment cell 10 m by 10 m and to be checked for damages on a weekly basis. Each wall is lined with a soundproof material as not to increase the intensity of SCP-5993's migraines. SCP-5993's containment cell is being held at Site-██ in a separate building from the main site, the outer walls of the containment cell are covered by 4 layers of 5 meter thick blast-resistant steel. There are to be 30 armed personnel stationed inside hanger at all times and are to protect SCP-5993 from outside groups of interest. Any items requested by SCP-5993 must be approved by personnel with level 4 clearance or higher see Addendum-5993-1 to see list of requested objects. Once a week SCP-5993 is sent to the main facility for a physical and psychological examination. Any abnormalities in the subject's physical health or mental wellbeing are to be reported to Site Director Jones.
Due to its cooperative behavior SCP-5993 is allowed to wonder around its containment hanger so long as the entity is accompanied by two armed personnel.
In the event that Site-██ is breached by any group of interests, SCP-5993 is to be moved to its containment cell and is to be guard until the breach is contained. SCP-5993's blood is laced with heavy amounts of the unstable Uranium isotope( 238U) which allows the entity to essentially function as a living Hydrogen bomb. Due to this SCP-5993's blood is extremely reactive to outside stimuli such as brunt force trauma, gun fire, and severe migraines.
However, it is currently unknown how the Uranium does not react violently while inside of SCP-5993's bloodstream.
Medical testing has revealed that due to the severe amount of Uranium in SCP-5993's bloodstream the entity is capable of exploding with the yield of a 5,000 megaton Hydrogen bomb. Testing has shown that the Uranium present in SCP-5993's blood reacts to its emotions see Addendum 5593-2 for further details. After Incident-5993-1 containment hanger is to be placed under heavy surveillance and is to remain in its containment cell at all times see Addendum 5993-3.
Description: SCP-5993 is a humanoid female of African American descent with a minor case of vitiligo, they height of 164 cm( 5' 4 feet) and a weight of 44 kg( 98 pounds). Its hair is usually kept short, however when angry SCP-5993's hair begins to produce smoke to that of a volcanic eruptions. Located on SCP-5993 lower right thigh is tattoo that reads "SW-0123: Property of the Collective". SCP-5993 is allowed to wear clothes that are appropriate for winter to protect its skin from direct sunlight.

Foreword: I understand why the 15 pound of gunpowder wasn't approved, however I don't understand why the tv was denied. Must I remind that SCP-5993's containment procedures are only possible due to its emotionally well being.

The effects SCP-5993's emotions have on the Uranium in its blood:
Anger: SCP-5993's internal body temperature rapidly increases causing anything within a 5 meter radius to catch fire or melt due to the intense heat. The highest recorded temperature was ███ *C which caused severe structural damage to its containment hanger and resulted in 5 casualties and 13 personnel suffering from third degree burns.
Calm: While in a calm state SCP-5993's internal temperature remains in the same temperature range to that of a average human. It is recommended that SCP-5993 remains in this emotional state as long as possible to prevent a meltdown.
