Item #: SCP-4956

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4956 is to be kept in a 4 x 4 containment cell reinforced by an acid resistant nickel based alloy and has to be given two meals every day consisting of cottage cheese, skinned fruits and an Energy Drink of any kind (as requested by SCP-4956). It is strictly forbidden to feed SCP-4956 any foods that cause too much salivation. SCP-4956 is granted access in Level-1 areas of Site-19, as long as it is wearing an acid resistant full body suit, and accompanied by an MTF operative, to prevent any damage caused by accidental activation of it's anomalous properties (See incident SCP-4956-1). It was acquired when reports regarding melted spots in ████ park such as benches, trashcans, and swings were gathered from ███████, Arizona, after which Foundation operatives observed the park, leading to the capture of SCP-4956.

Description: SCP-4956 is a 16 year old, caucasian male, with a european background. It's real name is unknown, but it prefers to be called Lou. The Specimen's bodily fluids, such as tears, sweat, saliva, and blood, excluding urine, are composed of a highly corrosive liquid which SCP-4956 itself seems to be immune to. Testing has shown that the liquid can also reconstruct lost tissue on SCP-4956 by filling the wound with said liquid, and letting it rest for a timespan between 2 - 6 hours, depending on the size of the wound. It acts friendly towards Foundation Staff and complies with instructions given by the Personnel. It is capable of speaking English, German and Slovak, English being it's preferred language, and is often denying that it can speak the other two previously mentioned languages. It is extremely aware of it's anomalous properties and understands the circumstances under which it is allowed to roam the facility. Interviews have showed that SCP-4956 is willing to help the foundation and even requested joining an MTF Squad, which was denied because SCP-4956 can't seem to control it's anomalous properties.

Interview with SCP-4956 (16/8/201█)

Interviewed: SCP-4956

Interviewer: Dr. ██████

Foreword: SCP-4956 was asked to do an Interview with Dr. ██████ regarding his
anomalous properties.

<Begin Log, 15:36]>

Dr.██████: Good Afternoon, SCP-495-

SCP-4956: Could you just call me Lou please?

Dr.██████: I'm afraid I can't do that for the sake of this interview, 4956, you will have to > sit trough it this time.

SCP-4956: Fine, what do you want to ask?
Dr.██████: I was asked to do an Interview with you about your "special fluid"
SCP-4956: Well, it replaces normal fluids and can heal me, I thought you already knew
that, right?
Dr.██████: Indeed, those are the things we know, but I am here to talk about the things
we don't know yet.
SCP-4956: Aha, so what are those things?
Dr.██████: Let's get the most important question out of the way. Can you control it?
SCP-4956: No, not really, the only thing I can do to stop most of it is not to move much,
stay positive, and to stay dehydrated.
Dr.██████: Yes, I assume that is the reason you requested the diet you are currently
on?
SCP-4956: Yeah, exactly. I really don't want to hurt anyone so I thought that diet would
be good for me.
Dr.██████: Alright, since you can't control it, there is no reason for me to ask the rest of
these questions, they wouldn't make any sense now. Are there any requests you want to
make, 4956?
SCP-4956: Yeah, well, I really want to help. And you guys here at the Foundation seem to
really want to protect people, and so do I. Is there anything I can do? Maybe join one of your
flashy special squads?
Dr.██████: Definetly no. There is no way that they will let you join an MTF Squad, but
can help the Foundation by cooperating like you always do.
(SCP-4956 lets out a dissapointed sigh)
SCP-4956: Fine, I guess I'll just do what you say. Bye Doctor.
(Dr.██████ is heard standing up)

<End Log, [15:43]>

Closing Statement: SCP-4956 seems to truly be motivated to help the Foundation in both
research and containment, as stated in Dr.██████'s report. SCP-4956 has been granted full
access of Level-1 areas by the Site Administrator because of this motivation.

Incident Report SCP-4956-1

SCP Involved: SCP-4956

Description: SCP-4956 was walking near the containment chamber of SCP-███, when the cooling ventilation system of the corridor started to malfunction, and temperatures growing to 29°C. SCP-4956 started to sweat while leaning against the east wall of SCP-███'s containment
chamber, melting trough it and resulting in a containment breach. The breach was reported by SCP-4956 himself and the escaped SCP was quickly recontained. There were no casualties recorded during this breach.

Addendum SCP-4956-A: SCP-4956 is now required to wear an acid proof full body suit, in order to prevent future accidents and breaches. SCP-4956 is also to be accompanied by an MTF Operative at all times. The MTF Operative will act as a first response in the case of an accident caused by SCP-4956. SCP-4956 has acted very negatively after the incident, and appears to express feelings of guilt towards interviewers.
