Special containment procedures: SCP-5231 should be returned to site-78 when it escapes containment. Site-78 should be staffed and managed by electronic control. No foundation staff, excepting class-D personnel should enter site-78. Site-78 is controlled and managed by copies of site-78 AI. A check on the well-being of current site-78 AI(s) should be conducted daily, and a new AI should be uploaded by the IT department on site-73. If in the event that an AI has been deleted, SCP-5231 should be assumed to have breached its containment and an infantry of MTF-NU-7 must be deployed to the area of the containment breach and must retrieve SCP-5231 before it can reach any civilians. SCP-5231's hunting tactics requires periodic killing of individuals to reduce its enemies, but is capable of killing semi-large groups of individuals in long-range and close-quarters combat. When attempting recontainment, tranquilizers should be used to subdue SCP-5231, as this is more effective for containing the anomaly. The reason for this is unknown, although currently debated. SCP-5231's recovery must be executed with extreme care to minimize casualties. This order of execution was approved on 11/8/2026, after recontainment.
Description: SCP-5231 is a young girl of approximately 11 years of age. SCP-5231 has a constant facial expression indicating content happiness, and has not been known to have deviated from this expression for its duration under the foundation's custody. SCP-5231 rarely vocalizes speech but has answered some questions during interviews. SCP-5231 has an extremly advanced and complete understanding of various methods of usage of firearms, hand-to-hand combat, tank operations, computer networks, mental warfare, and a seemingly complete knowledge of supernatural mechanics and entities such as [REDACTED] and many other SCP's. SCP-5231 also has a nearly complete knowledge of it's surroundings that extends to an unknown degree. This second anomalous trait also extends to anomalous locations with noneuclidean and changing geometries and dimensions. SCP-5231 is extremely hostile and breaches containment very often. Newly introduced containment procedures have all failed to contain it, the longest lasting containment procedure only containing SCP-5231 for approximately 7 hours. Each time SCP-5231 has breached containment, it has consistently sought out and located highly populated areas, before attempting to kill as many civilians as possible.
SCP-5231 was recovered after it had attacked Moffet City in the United States on 11/03/2026.

The following is an interview conducted briefly after capture.
Interviewer: James Coaby
Interviewee: SCP-5231
[Begin Log]
Interviewer: "Hello, my name is-" SCP-5231 interupts.
SCP-5231: "I know, James Coaby. You work for the nameless national institution you call the Foundation. I'm here because I'm weird."
Interviewer: "How did you know that? No. More accurately, how did you know my name?
SCP-5231 does not answer.
Interviewer: "Oh. It's like that, huh? No. You will answer me. How do you know me?"
SCP-5231: "I have killed you so many times. And you always ask that same thing. Do you know nothing else?"
Interviewer: "You've murdered hundreds, no, more than a thousand and a half people. What are you?
SCP-5231: "Human."
Interviewer: "Don't fucking lie to me. What in the name of fucking hell are you?"
SCP-5231: "Human."
It is at this point that the interviewer becomes hostile towards SCP-5231, causing SCP-5231 to attack the interviewer in turn, managing to take his firearm. Using keys to escape the interviewing room and using the interviewer as a human shield, SCP-5231 attempted to breach its containment— thus, the interview was cut short.

It is noted that SCP-5231 had removed its handcuffs. The process by which SCP-5231 accomplished this is unknown. . James Coaby was later retrieved and took to the infirmary. He is currently recovering from his injuries.i
An appointment was rescheduled after SCP-5231 had been recontained.

SCP-5231 does not answer.
Interviewer: "I'll take that as a yes. SCP-5231, what are you?"
SCP-5231: "More human than you know."
Interviewer: "Where were you born?"
SCP-5231: "I don't know."
Interviewer: "Where is the earliest place you remember living in?"
SCP-5231 does not answer.
Interviewer: "Do you have any family, friends, or coworkers?"
SCP-5231: "Not anymore."
Interviewer: "Is there anyone you currently, or have in the past, had a meaningful relationship with?"
SCP-5231: "Yes. Back in Moffet, there was this pregnant mother. She was very nice to me. She didn't even believe me at first when I told her what I was going to do to her, and of course, the people she cared about too."
Interviewer: "I see. Have you any information regarding SCP-001?"
SCP-5231: SCP-5231 does not answer immediately "Sort of. But you wouldn't want to know even if I told you. For multiple reasons."
Interviewer: "Enlighten me. Pretend that I do."
SCP-5231: "You're not wearing your gun, huh. I suppose I could strangle you with your tie, but, no… that wouldn't work good enough."
Interviewer: "Ok then. You, said in your last interview that you had told your interviewer, and I quote, "I have killed you so many times.". Could you please tell me what you meant by that? Do you somehow relive events? Was that an innuendo towards your following effort to attack him, mentally thinking of different ways to kill him, or did you mean you killed versions of him in alternate realities?"
SCP-5231 shows signs of amusement, but does not answer question 9.
Interviewer: "What was your reason for attacking the City of Moffet on November the third?"
SCP-5231: "To see what would happen."
Interviewer: "What?"
SCP-5231: "I felt like it."
Interviewer: "Uh, oh god, ok. Do you understand the severity of your actions then?"
SCP-5231: "Yes. But you don't."
Interviewer: "And what do you mean by that?"
SCP-5231 does not answer.
Interviewer: "How do you feel now after committing those crimes?"
SCP-5231: "Nothing. None of you matter anyway."
Interviewer: "And why do think this?"
SCP-5231: "Oh… now, you've already asked me this one."
Interviewer: "Actually, looking through my notes, I don't believe I have."
SCP-5231: "I should say more explicitly, it's the same answer I would've gave you earlier. But you freaked out when I told you."
Interviewer: "Are you implying that we've met before now?"
SCP-5231: "No. Not at all."
Interviewer: "What is your goal then? You tried to go to Louisville and attacked a woman on the outskirts of town during your last escape attempt. Was that the same compulsion as the motive which made you slaughter that town? Or have you have you lied to me? Is there really an external goal to your-"
It is at this time that SCP-5231 became hostile towards the interviewer. Using a knife to assault the interviewer before picking the door's lock, SCP-5231 had somehow managed to pick the locks to both of the doors leading from the interview room to the observations booth, and punched in the correct code to the observation's booth in the notable short span of 9 seconds with remarkably efficient execution. Killing the overseer, assistant researcher and notary pubic, no alarm had been activated and SCP-5231 had successfully made a containment breach at this time. During this time however, the anomaly had vocalized its answer to question(s) 16-18 through the hallways while escaping. While the notary public had be incapacitated, site security cameras had recorded the audio.
SCP-5231: "Because I want to kill! I will kill you all! I will kill foundation! I will kill the king! I will kill death's food! I will kill death! I will kill everything! I will kill the twins! I will kill, and kill, and kill! I want there to be nothing left! No one! No one below or above will be the one left alive! Because this is mildly interesting! You watch me! Everyone loves an underdog!". SCP-5231 vocalizes laughter for the duration of what could be recorded at site-73.

Pertinent Notes:
It is unknown where SCP-5231 procured the weapon during the described containment breach above. It is the consensus belief that the anomaly had snuck the knife into the facility inside of its hair during its previous escape attempt, before the one described above.
Note-2: SCP-5231 has not answered any questions in later interviews, and has been since moved to site-78 to extend its time of containment.

"On 11/07/2026, SCP-5231 breached its containment at site-78 and used a stolen vehicle to transport itself to site-[REDACTED], breaking into the facility to attempt to activate SCP-[REDACTED]. It's seems that SCP-5231 possibly has knowledge of highly classified information. Either way, the activation of the SCP in question would have resulted in a ZK-class scenario. I requested for that child to kick the bucket and was denied. I have just submitted a new request for SCP-5231's termination. I have a sneaking suspicion that it's going to come back there, or possibly to other highly dangerous anomalies. Not to mention, I'm scared. I'm scared of what he (the Host) told me that day. Termination orders are still pending.

In light of the incident regarding SCP-[REDACTED] and the large number of casualties caused by the anomaly, immediate termination operations for SCP-5231 are currently being enacted, and methods of terminating of SCP-5231 are currently being accepted. Proposed methods for the termination of SCP-5231 can be submitted to the site director at any foundation site.
