Object Class: Keter Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP- is to be kept within a single cell with no furniture or lights. Necessities are to be given to SCP- on an as-needed basis, and no requests are to be taken or fulfilled by SCP- . Medications that slow SCP- 's bodily functions should be administered every 12 hours to ensure the least amount of activity from SCP- .
No restraints, clothes, or other common humanoid objects should be given to SCP- , as with all other objects due to SCP- 's effects. Two guards should be stationed outside of SCP- 's cell at all times, and are to not acknowledge SCP- in any way.
There is to be no interactions with SCP- unless it is for the survival of SCP- . SCP- deserves our attention and love.
Description: SCP- is a Caucasian male approximately 1.7 meters in height and weighing roughly 63.5 kilograms. Apart from SCP- 's effects, it is a completely average human being, with X-rays and other such tests proving no anomalous functions happening within SCP- 's body.
SCP- attended ██████ █████ High School before willingly coming under Foundation custody. For most of SCP- 's life, its effects went without notice, but the Foundation's attention was drawn towards the county of ██████ █████ due to the high amount of deaths between the years of ████ and ████. Due to coroner's reports matching activities SCP- and been partaking in at the time of death, it has been determined that SCP- is directly related to the deaths happening within ██████ ████. There seems to be no way to stop SCP- 's effects.
SCP- has showed the anomalous trait that random activities it partakes in takes way from what it calls "The person who needs it most." This was established by experimentation of SCP- where every action that SCP took during a day was tracked, including breathing, and matched with the causes of deaths and times within ██████ ████. SCP- 's actions that day matched exactly with 3 people, with █████ ███'s intestine rupturing due to sudden constipation. ████████ █████ of breathing failure, and ████ █████ of exhaustion, and ████ ███████ being suddenly burned. All of the people mentioned live within the county of ██████ █████, as well as SCP- taking actions at the same time that caused their deaths. (Simple defecation, breathing rapidly, and suddenly getting extremely "chilly".) It is also to be mentioned that these tasks were simple for SCP- , with the effects being magnified onto the people affected by it.
While in Foundation custody, SCP- has shown great remorse for its anomalous effects, and as such shall no longer be notified about its effects on people within its hometown. The situation itself however, has escalated, as SCP- 's effect patterns have increased from once a week from containment, to thousands in the course of a day. Not all the effects are lethal presented, but there have been none that serve to benefit the affected.
It is unknown how the "Person who needs it most" is identified and effected, as SCP- has effected people they had no prior contact with. However, with the increased frequency of SCP- 's effects, it has become problematic, as any action it takes seems to be taken from the life of a resident within ██████ █████. Leaving the county of ██████ █████ proves ineffective as well, and an attempt to evacuate this area has resulted in SCP- 's effects spreading farther, reaching all the way to ██████ to the north, and ██████ to the east.
While the probability of SCP- 's effects are high, the lethality of its effects is significantly lower. Despite this, termination has been proposed, and has been met with approval. At least 1 D-Class is to visit the grave of SCP- everyday. It wasn't his fault.
