Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a Caucasian man of European descent, aged about 25. He is regestered under the name Matthew Witter. Due to an inability to study him, not much is known about his anomalous properties. However, he appears to be able to foresee the future one week in advance. How he does this is unknown, However, He appears to have used this ability to make money by investing in the stock market.
History: The foundation first encountered SCP-XXXX when the FBI began investigating him for manipulating the stock market, after he became a billionare in a month. The Business Analysis & Administration division found nothing in their search, but the Unusual Incidents Unit maintained their investigation. They informed the foundation after, exactly one week before their raid was to occur, they were attacked by the organization known as [Redacted]. The Foundation took notice and began investigating SCP-XXXX.
Incident SCP-XXXX-A:
After attempting to apprehend SCP-XXXX for questioning, A recorded message was found sitting by SCP-XXXX’s door. (A transcript of the recording is found below.):

Incident SCP-XXXX-B: A message was again found, warning of the escape of SCP – 682 in 1 weeks time, as well as the destruction of nearby towns if it failed to be contained. The breakout happened exactly as was predicted by the message, and with it’s information, The escape was averted. Upon further research, it was discovered that SCP-XXXX currently had been investing in land in the immediate area, and was merely protecting his investment.
