Unknown Aspects

Item #: SCP-8610

Object Class : Keter

Special Containment Procedures : SCP-8610 is an anomaly capable of manipulated (rewriting) the past. He has the ability to bend reality and even destroy it. This is only the case if the clock (he holds in his left hand) stops with all hands at the number 6. Inevitably, this will happen, but SCP-8610 has nothing stopping it from doing that earlier than it is supposed to. For this, SCP-8610 should be contained in a 16 x 16 metallic glass reinforced box. The solution to the decomposition effect with the anomaly and any type of metal.
SCP-8610 is able to decompose any object that naturally can if near it. If in need of testing, 2 subjects both with blindfolds on should enter without making eye contact with the SCP.
If eye contact is made then the clock instantly will stop, or in other words, putting all of reality in certain threat. Do not get close to the anomaly either, after——

Incident # ██████ ——-we learned how it reacts to close contact with a human being.

Incident # ██████

The Foundation decided to trickle in 2 subjects for testing. One of the test subjects nearly made physical contact with the anomaly, with sheer instinct, SCP-8610 retaliated killing both subjects and 3 guards.

The only way to view the anomaly is photographically (and video).
All recordings and and photographs on SCP-8610 should be shown before testing. The Foundation must be extra cautious when testing on the anomaly. Cover any sign of risks before tests, always.
All other personnel should spread out and avoid being by the chamber until testing is complete. Perfection is key to a successful testing run, making the personnel of CLASS-E conduct the tests.

Guards are to rotate to another pair every 5 minutes, each pair after their work should check up in the nearest medical center in the facility. If in need of treatment, it is required to make your way to the medical area for immediate treatment. Though the Foundation hasn’t acquired an official drug to counter SCP-8610’s decomposition effect.

Description : SCP-8610 takes the appearance of Stephan Zweig, a Jewish author from the 1930s, the difference between the actual being and the anomaly is that SCP-8610 wears a [confirmed to be] Military Grade gas-mask. The origin of the anomaly is not yet found out, but the first recorded sighting of SCP-8610 is in the outskirts of London, UK.
Original police authority reports of the creature are obtained by the Foundation. Recordings gone over the incidents and mysterious disappearances of civilians in London have been tracked and tallied up to a total of 8 dead and 14 missing. Investigators are still searching for the bodies of the missing but it the police have officially confirmed them dead.
It is unknown if there is more of these anomalies or not, as the Foundation and British Government are concerned and committed to clean up the issue. There is not much more about the SCP, more logs will arrive if there is any.
