Special Containment Procedures: SCP-256 is to be contained in a titanium unfused steel cube measuring 7m cubed, with soundproofed walls and airlock. The Extra-terrestrial humanoid creature must not be interacted with under no circumstances and must be kept caged at all times, SCP-256 must be under constant surveillance with no noise in a 100 m radius of the cage. Only authorized personnel or personnel above the security clearance Level 4 can enter the 100 m radius. All personnel entering the radius must wear HAZMAT-ELEC and sound cancelling masks to stop the sound made by SCP-256 bounce off the authorized personnel, which would cause a containment breach with in seconds.

Description: SCP-256 was first discovered in a abandoned city after a failed nuclear test by the French in 13th of February 1960, and killed dozens of MTF units trying to bring it in and a N-7 operative. When the creature was taken in it was emitting high levels of radiation with later killed, Director █████ and Dr ██████ 2 weeks after being diagnosed with severe radiation sickness. The SCP has no eyes, nose, or ears and uses echo location to find its way, hence its name. After spending 7 years in Site-██ it was transported to Site-█ and is currently in a docile state. No interactions with other SCP's have been done do to the many risks of a containment breach do to the use of echo location and our current knowledge about it.
