Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a reinforced glass aquarium and to be monitored via security camera. Transportation of SCP-XXXX is to be handled with a fish net and gloves. under no circumstances are any personal to touch SCP-XXXX. Personal handling or conducting tests on SCP-XXXX are required to wear gloves and given clearance by a level 3 or higher facility personal.

Description: SCP-XXXX was found off the coast of [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-XXXX appears to be a decaying corpse of a salmon but is still able to swim and function like a normal salmon. It has bite marks, missing scales and its left eye is out of its socket.

SCP-XXXX is able to reproduce if introduced to a male salmon. SCP-XXXX eggs will hatch in 6 weeks no matter the conditions. SCP-XXXX offspring will look like normal salmon but as time goes on they will decay. Once SCP-XXXX has its young they are to be removed from its containment chamber, if it is not removed SCP-XXXX will touch its young and they will disappear within hours.

If a subject touches SCP-XXXX within the hour that subject will experience a event that only they can see. Once the event starts no matter where they are the area around them will flood at a rapid rate with water. The water is real to them but to bystanders they see nothing, once the flooding starts anyone who hasn't touched SCP-XXXX will appear as a decaying corpse to any subject who have touched SCP-XXXX, if the subject who touched SCP-XXXX tries to swim up they will wont be able to reach the top and eventually they will drown. If the subject swims up bystanders can see the subject swimming in the air. After a couple hours of the subject touching SCP-XXXX the subjects body will disappear in a large splash of water.

Use of scuba gear does stop the personal from drowning if they have touched SCP-XXXX but they still disappear, and all communications with said personal are lost.
