SCP-4122 is a unique non biological specimen (until further notice) that resembles a toy "space/futuristic" gun. It was found in a (now) ruined hotel, we discovered it was sold to a women and her child in a nearby toy store but soon had catastrophic effects on the land around it, we can only assume it was fired off by the women's child during their stay at the hotel. We have found no other traces of its origin besides the store clerk stating that SCP-4122 was found in the store one day and was never questioned why. Although its origins are a mystery its properties are not unknown, SCP-4122 is a very powerful device in which (like a normal firearm) fires by use of a trigger and is followed by a powerful laser blast that we have discovered can fire through any solid object by either melting, burning, or disintegrating its target. SCP-4122 also seems to lack the need for any known ammunition as far as we know.
