Description: SCP-XXXX is a vintage 1970 Ford Mustang Grande Coupe with mileage varying from 37,000 miles to 77,000 miles. The body of the car has been painted "pastel blue" with blank vinyl strips running from the front of car, up to the roof, and ending at the trunk. The interior of the SCP is generic leather seats and varnished/sealed dark oak wood trip around the dashboard displays and around the door handles. All material testing of the vehicle's exterior and interior returns with no anomalous properties. SCP-XXXX-A is a single key attached to a cheap lucky rabbit's foot key ring of unknown origin or manufacturer.
When around the vehicle, subjects present seem highly interested in the vehicle and ask to sit in it. Some even ask to get a picture with it and will suggest "popping the hood" to get a better look at "her". Once inside the vehicle subjects look around the vehicle in awe and amazement, even subjects who have been in it several times before. Some with grip the steering wheel tightly and try replicating engine noises or screeching tires as if they were driving it. This is not limited to male subjects, female subjects as well will emit these sounds as well.
After ten minutes inside or around the vehicle, subjects will seem agitated and anxious, asking to "go for a spin" implying that they wish to take a ride in the vehicle. When denied, subjects will seem disappointed but will agree and walk away from the vehicle. When told they are allowed, subjects display an over whelming reaction of joy and will become impatient waiting for the keys. Once handed the keys, subjects will rush over to the driver's side door, either by running over to it or attempting to preform a hood slide, some failing and some succeeding. Once in the vehicle, subjects pull the vehicle out of the garage slowly and proceed to the starting line of the track. The subject proceeds to start a count down and upon say "go", they will thrust their foot down on the gas pedal launching the vehicle forward.
Within the first lap the vehicle reaches speeds of 100 miles per hour. The subject inside the vehicle seems unchanged about being at these speeds and continues "racing". Second lap the vehicle reaches speeds of 200 miles per hour. The subject begins to display a bit of hysteria while inside the vehicle, showing moderate levels of agitation and stating that "they wish to go faster" or stating that they will "lose" if they don't go faster. Third lap the vehicle reaches speeds of 300 miles per hour. The subject's level of hysteria increases dramatically by screaming and yelling at "other racers" and starts referring to the observation crew as "pit crew" and in many cases calling any lead doctors as "Mack". Many subjects don't survive the fourth lap resulting with the car seemingly driving itself off the track and into the garage. Examination of the vehicle shows now signs of wear on the engine, exhaust, or tires. Examination of the subject shows that they suffered from a heart attack caused by high blood pressure.
