Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a containment room outfitted with a single desk, a laptop, a chair, and a bed located on site-89. A single electrical outlet connected to an on-site coal generator is required to charge the laptop when necessary. The containment room is to be locked off with a mechanical lock, no digital equipment should be allowed in a 50 meter radius of SCP-XXXX.

Site-89 is to be outfitted with incinerator bins located in each corridor measuring at least 0.5 by 0.5 meters leading directly to one of six (6) on-site incinerators. A weapon-cache is to be located within ten (10) meters of each incinerator bin containing six (6) high-caliber rifles alongside two hundred (200) rounds of ammunition per rifle. All doors present on site-89 are to be outfitted with a mechanical lock.

Site 89 is to be outfitted with twenty (20) canisters of compressed air located on the lowest level of site 89. Each room in site-89 is to be outfitted with a pressure-activated airhorn. The door leading to the containment room of SCP-XXXX is to be outfitted with a steel wire with a diameter of 0.2 meters through a shaft with a diameter of 0.21 meters. When entering the containment room of SCP-XXXX a staff member with level 3 clearance or higher is to use the supplied key to attach the steel wire to a nearby wall. The shaft of the steel wire is to lead to the room containing the canisters of compressed air and attached to a mechanical mechanism. The attached mechanism is to activate when the steel wire is released, after which the canisters of compressed air will be opened into the gas-system connected to every on-site airhorn.

In the event the generator fails, a new generator is to be installed within the next two (2) hours. During this time period, all on-site staff is to be posted on high alert and outfitted with high caliber rifles. All digital equipment is to be removed from all personnel and moved to an off-site location.

In the event of a containment breach all on-site staff are to dispose of all digital equipment in the on-site incinerator bins immediately and outfit themselved with a high-caliber rifle and corrosponding ammunition from the nearby weapon cache. All on-site doors are to be locked with a mechanical lock. SCP-XXXX is to be recontained in way of disabling or dismembering its limbs, after which SCP-XXXX is to be dragged back to its containment cell directly.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a caucasian male with brown hair and eyes, measuring 1.85 meters in length. SCP-XXXX has a frail body showing signs of malnutrition, likely due to [DATA EXPUNGED]. Whilst SCP-XXXX shows the aesthetics of a human male its biological makeup is completely unknown, as anything that leaves the body quickly evaporates. SCP-XXXX's blood is of translucent indigo colour, showing extremely viscous properties and evaporating almost immediately after leaving SCP-XXXX's body.

SCP-XXXX is capable of regrowing parts of its body completely in less than two (2) hours in the event its body gets damaged or parts are dismembered. The only exception to this is SCP-XXXX's head, which takes significantly longer to regenerate any damage done, suggesting that this is the only way of permanently terminating SCP-XXXX.

SCP-XXXX was discovered during the massacre in ██ ████. During this incident SCP-XXXX was responsible for 78 civilian casualties and ██ MTF casualties. SCP-XXXX was subdued after it suffered severe damage to the left leg and both arms. After which SCP-XXXX became unconscious and was contained.

SCP-XXXX displays an inherent desire to write programs for computers using different languages. However, this desire does not hold at all times, as SCP-XXXX will display complete disinterest in touching any digital device on certain days. If SCP-XXXX is unable to write programs when it displays a desire to, it enters a state of pure rage.

When SCP-XXXX is in a state of rage, it will take control of any digital device within a 50 meter radius through electromagnetic pulses originating from its body. SCP-XXXX will then use any controlled digital device to inflict as much damage to the surroundings as possible, targeting humans specifically. SCP-XXXX is often observed causing digital devices to explode violently. If no digital devices are in range, SCP-XXXX will use its electromagnetic pulses to interfere with the electrical pulses present in human brians, killing them. This process however is slower than exploding digital devices and appears to take a large amount of effort. The only known way to end SCP-XXXX's state of rage is incapacitating it.

Previous theories stated that SCP-XXXX's ability to interfere with human brains was limited to one person at a time, however the incident of 08/04/20██ shows it is capable of interacting with multiple human brains at once at a larger range of 75 meters, see addendum 209.

The programs written by SCP-XXXX work without errors on the first attempt, however SCP-XXXX switches its preffered programming language regularly. In doing so SCP-XXXX throws out any unfinished program and starts from scratch. This often results in SCP-XXXX not finishing a program for years. Due to this any notion to allow SCP-XXXX to write programs for facility use have been denied.

Addendum 209: During the containment breach of 08/04/20██, SCP-XXXX caused mass-migraines to all staff within a 75 meter radius by emitting a strong electromagnetic pulse, after which SCP-XXXX collapsed to the ground, unable to move.

In the aftermath of this event any research on SCP-XXXX is to be approved by a staff member with level 3 clearance or higher. Further research on whether SCP-XXXX could use this ability to kill required.

Addendum 1097: During the containtment breach of 01/01/20██ the vents leading to the on-site incinerator became blocked due to all digital devices being disposed of at once. SCP-XXXX was able to use this blockage by taking controll of all devices in the blockage and exploding them, causing considerable damage to site-89. In the aftermath of this event, five (5) additional on-site incinerators have been constructed.
