Special Containment Procedures: While SCP-5201 has yet to be properly located, containment procedures have been planned ahead of time:
On the assumption that SCP-5201 has been caught and properly contained, it is to be transported to site-24 located in ██████████, ██████. SCP-5201 is to be kept inside a sound-proof room measuring 9 cubic meters with a minimum height of 6 meters. This room may not have any openings (other than the entrance door) near the lower half of the room. All ventilation is to be placed directly in the center of the ceiling to prevent accidental and unwanted breaching. SCP-5201 is to be monitored at all times, with at least 2 armed guards present at any given time. Due to the nature of SCP-5201, all testing must first be allowed by personnel with access to class O5. Personnel assigned to SCP-5201 cannot go in direct contact with SCP-5201 for more than 30 minutes. Should there be a containment breach, ███████-KF48 is to be deployed in the surrounding area.
Description:Not much is known about SCP-5201, but it is accepted that SCP-5201 is most likely a shape-shifting1 humanoid who was first sited on ███████, █████ approximately ██ years ago. The last known form SCP-5201 has taken has been seen to be a humanoid wearing the standard uniform for a licensed crewmate from the ██████ organization. These crewmates are trained to mine resources off of alien planets in small groups of no more than 10 people. The actual appearance of SCP-5201 has not been confirmed as of now, but it is presumed the "crewmate uniform" that it was last seen wearing is not it's actual physical self1. Ever since being discovered on ███████1, it has been spotted 2 more times on ██/██/19██ and ██/██/20██.
After the incident ██-01, foundation members were reported of the incident, which resulted in an investigation that is still ongoing to this day.
