Item #: SCP-72890-J

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-72890-J is to be kept in a well ventilated, 7m x 7m x 10m room, on a platform 2.7m in height and .2m x .2m base. A device that is capable of bluetooth connection must be in the room at all times playing a loop of "Crank Dat" by Soulja Boy playing at 60 to 85 decibels. The room is to be locked at all times via digital lock, combination only being known to the lead researcher. SCP-72890-J is not to be moved from the containment room under no circumstances.

Description: SCP-72890-J is a pair of white Bluetooth ear pods known as "Souljia Pods", both pods and charging case are intact and in pristine condition. Both pods and charging case show no battery life though music can still be played through both of the pods.

When connected to a device capable of Bluetooth connection, SCP-72890 is listed as [REDACTED]. On very rare occasions SCP-72890-J will interrupt audio being played and play a soft white noise that has no known effects to staff members or subjects.

SCP-72890-J when placed in the ears of subjects with no audio connection seems to have the effect of playing "Crank Dat" as the subject will after a short moment will start to perform the dance move associated with the song, while also speaking a loud tone "SOULJIA BOI TELL 'EM" and "YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU". If attempted to remove SCP-72890-J from the ears of the subject before at least 3 minutes and 45 seconds after first insertion, the subject will react violently until the individual that attempted removal is out of a certain radius of the subject under SCP-72890-J's control. After proper removal of SCP-72890-J, the subject seems to have no memory of their actions and seem to not be affected afterwards.
