Agent Tamara Teb's PC after merger. Attempting to open the drive in anyway caused the PC to reset.
Special Containment Procedures: All agents, maintenance staff and security staff that haven't completed mandatory training at their home site must contact their Site Director immediately.
Any additional discrepancies in data reported must be accompanied by a completed Anomalous Data Integrity Report (ADI-X17) which is to be submitted to any member of Provisional Task Force Beta-5 ("Crossed Wires").
Any anomalous files must be isolated and saved at the respective sites Anomalous Data Servers, if your sites Anomalous Data Server is not yet online, files may be saved to your personal workstations. (You must contact your Site Director if you are taking this route.)
As of ████-███-█ isolation and preservation of the anomalous data is the only required containment.
Description:SCP-XXXX refers to the collective data that was sent from a copy or variation of the Foundation. On ████-███-██ the Foundation was temporarily crippled after roughly [REDACTED] of anomalous data was added to nearly every electronic capable of modern storage, the data greatly exceeding maximum storage capabilities of the entire Foundation database at the time. The event speculated to be the result of a major temporal or interdimensional event (C-Class Reality Restructuring Event) (L-Class RD Event) originating from a copy/future Foundation that merged anomalous files and containment procedures with the local or actual Foundation (Research is ongoing). to help reduce confusion, our Foundation will be referred to as such, the copy or copies of the Foundation will be referred to as facsimiles.
Most notable of this merger is the vast library of anomalous items the facsimiles possess; current count shows an excess of ████ anomalous items contained compared to the current count of ██. Many files are locked by clearance levels that do not exist or can only be overridden by specific Overseers. (Assigned engineers are working on a way to lift the locks on these files.) Additionally there are object classifications not currently in use by the Foundation such as Thaumiel and references to an object class:[REDACTED].
Discovery: On ████-███-██ a Foundation wide emergency was declared after the discovery of over █,███,███ changes and updates to virtually all Foundation devices. All Foundation server and data centers Redundant Overflow Safeguard worked as intended and all the invasive data was compressed and merged without issue, however no purpose or source for the changes could be identified. Following an expensive expansion of data storage and decompression; probing revealed endless containment procedures, maintenance protocols and staff rosters with dates of submission from over ██ years in the past and ██ years in the future. Once data security had been confirmed and no vulnerabilities identified Research heads from all █ Foundation sites were tasked with tackling the anomaly.
In light of Dr. Hubert Lance's research into SCP[REDACTED] and his paper on Reality Altering Objects, it was thought that the files were transferred into our world after some local reality altering event (C-Class Reality Restructuring Event) (L-Class RD Event)
Addendum ████-███-██: There are a number of files that administer "Memetic Agents" as a security measure and to confirm observer identity, the merger appears to have nullified their effects as no staff members have been harmed or otherwise affected. These "Memetic agents" have described effects similar to SCP[REDACTED] and SCP[REDACTED] alluding to the possibility that these "Memetic agents" can be manufactured artificially to suit a particular purpose.
Note: In light of this new development we are reviewing our procedures on dealing with these types of anomalies. A lot of these were incredibly dangerous. -Dr. Tiller Doutaz, Site-02 Meme Researcher.
