Description:
SCP-XXXX is a bookcase of normal proportion(#h-#d-#w) when viewed from the outside, but with seemingly infinite rows of books in the longitudinal direction. It was recovered from dig site-## at the former location of the ancient city of Uruk, ca.300km from As-Samawah, Iraq.
The bookshelf (specifically) contains bound books in multiple languages (some previously unknown) and on multiple subjects. The rows are stacked in chronological order with the oldest books on the first row. The oldest book was determined to be around #### years old using carbon dating, far older than the estimated date of origin for bound books.
*The book is written in language never observed before, determined to be █████ by SCP-073.*

*books found within SCP-### do not seem to visually degrade, the mechanism for this phenomena is still unknown*

*"Exploration" of the bookcase by team ██████ is ongoing but is currently halted at row#316 due to lack of storage for the recovered amount of books at Site-██.* The most recent book has been dated to be from around 1800 AD. Significant findings can be found in "addendum#".

It is theorized that an identical copy of every bound book appears in SCP-XXXX and the number of rows the bookshelf contains is thus ever expanding. Evidence supporting this hypothesis is the discovery of multiple significant ancient bound books including the "Codex Sinaiticus" within SCP-####. The copy of "codex Sinaiticus" was compared with the existing book parts currently located at the: British Library in London, the Leipzig University library and the Catharina monastery (located in Sinai, Egypt). After thorough inspection it was determined that the two copies where identical. Other significant books were also compared using the same method and where all found to be identical to their pre-existing counterparts.
