Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-4034 is to be contained in a large, fully lit container. This container is to possess a duplicate landscape of its site of origin, the duplicate is to resemble the original in as much detail as possible. Two of these containers are to be set next to one another to allow cleaning of one container at a time.
To clean a container, open the door separating the two containers using the 'Central Door' switch. Slowly dim the lights of one room while brightening the lights of the other using the designated switches for each room. Once the room the entity was contained in is shown to be fully unlit by the green light above the switch, allow the entity no less than five minutes and close the Central Door.
Video surveillance, photography, or viewing of this entity is prohibited, unless given permission from site administration to have Class D personnel tests. However, a clear, live audio feed should be accessible at all times. This audio feed must be switched whenever the container the entity is contained in has changed. Entity does not require any material(s) and should not be given any.
Description:
SCP-4034 has an unknown appearance, mass and size. It possesses the ability to completely eradicate creature(s), who have viewed it in any possible way, with no evidence or records left showing the creature(s) existed and without physical contact with the creature(s). The only records to be left are audible only.
In the entities containment area, parks bins become full of litter and its grass becomes trampled. These occurrences have lead researchers to believe that the entity is human/human-like and it produces materials as it needs. How it produces these materials and how it removes records is unknown as it has no physical contact with the materials/documents needed. The size of trampled areas look as if they were trampled by flat soled shoes.
Personnel report a constant low rumble of 60Hz to 120Hz, there is no pattern to the sounds frequency change. The sound produced has been compared by a few Class D personnel to the sound of 'The Hum'. The sound is normally used by personnel to check if the entity has moved from one containment area to another as it is visually not possible to check.

Reason: An unidentifiable audio clip of five men who had never been heard of before on many peoples personal phones.

Administration Note:
Due to the situation at hand, "Samsara" was sent in to check out and contain any abnormal anomalies in N██████, W████. The reasoning for sending in "Samsara" was that we had no idea what we was up against, thankfully we did send them in or there would have been mass death of MTF Units/Task Forces.
Overview: Between Dr A███████ and Captain of the Samsara Task Force
We arrived at the small town and headed to the subjects who had the unidentifiable audio logs. After retrieving and deleting any records of the logs from the public, we heard a low rumbling sound toward a park area that had been left for many years and was in disrepair. We decided to head toward the area with the helicopter following above and its small container hanging bellow. Once we got there, well I don't know. All I remember is the container door closing and us coming back here. I don't have much to say.

It seems the Samsara Task Force didn't die after viewing SCP-4034, this may be due to them not being biological apart from the skin from the gods. But their memories were wiped as if the entity may have considered it a record. But the question of why it only kills biological creatures still remains.
