WELCOME TO RETARD CONTAINMENT FOUNDATIOn (RCF)
IT IS TO OUR DUTY TO CONTAIN OBJECTS THAT ARE SO BADLY CREATED BY THE GODS, SO WE HAVE TO CONTAIN THEM IN THE MOST RETARDED WAY POSSIBLE.

OUR MOTTO IS "BEAT, CAGE, FEED", FOR WE HAVE TO CONTAIN SUCH RETARDED OBJECTS THIS WAY.

Beat - To keep the retarded object under control they must be physically harmed at all times. As such, first thing we do in RCP is Beat.

Cage - Nothing can be kept under control AND supervision at the same time. As such, we must CAGE these objects we contain. Guidelines in each SRP (Standard Retardation Procedures) must be given on how an object's CAGE is designed.

Feed - This is only done on live, sentient beings, that need to consume different chemical entities in order to keep the status of "alive". As such, the live object's diet must be stated in the object's SRP, comprised of a minimum of 5 (five) of the least nutritional chemical in all aspects (intellectual, physical), unless the number of chemical entities such object can consume is under 5 (five).
