Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be implanted with a tracking device and at all times. SCP-XXXX is not allowed to leave its room without the approval of personnel with at least a level 4 clearance. If any information given by SCP-XXXX is potentially damaging to the mental health, any record of the information is destroyed and class c amnestics is administered if needed.1 Due to the sensitive knowledge that SCP-XXXX possesses, a listening device is also planted in SCP-XXXX, with all recorded audio processed and stored at [REDACTED] by [REDACTED]. This device can only be switched off with the approval of O5 council. Any personnel is not to discuss any past, present nor future events with SCP-XXXX unless approved by personnel with at least level 4 clearance. If any personnel were to discuss such events with SCP-XXXX, they will be punished according to the nature of the events discussed, determined by their level 4 clearance superiors, with more serious cases determined by the O5 council. Class C amnestics are to be administered if necessary to erase sensitive information.
Description:
SCP-XXXX is a human male of Hispanic descent, appeared to be in its late twenties. SCP-XXXX has black hair and brown eyes. It has a weight of 65kg and a height of 1.82m. Despite its appearance, SCP-XXXX seems to not have aged since its first contact with the foundation over 20 years ago, even though it seems to be vulnerable to damage from the test on its tissue samples. SCP-XXXX appeared at site 17 on 13/05/1995, it explained its anomalous effects to one of the guards. SCP-XXXX demonstrated a high understanding of the foundation protocol and is cooperative when undergoing the standard foundation procedure for the processing of new anomaly. The origin and real age of SCP-XXXX are not currently known, since SCP-XXXX has refused to answer questions related to its origin.
SCP-XXXX possesses knowledge of all events from any time period. Even though SCP-XXXX only possesses episodic knowledge, SCP-XXXX is able to extract information from those events, including the identity of O5 council members, current protocol for and location of all foundation assets. The knowledge SCP-XXXX possesses seems to be not located in its brain. Where the information is stored and how the information is retrieved are currently unknown. Analysis of SCP-XXXX's brain activity shows that the hippocampus, amygdala and other emotion or memory-related brain region seems to have no activity. Various forms of amnestics have been tested on SCP-XXXX, with absolutely no effects observed. Researchers theorize that since SCP-XXXX already possesses the knowledge of everything that will happen to it, its hippocampus is no longer needed. SCP-XXXX also seems to be immune to memetic agents, possibly due to information not being stored locally in its brain.
SCP-XXXX can detect timeline changes and can alter the future by acting with its knowledge of certain future events or giving information about the future to certain individuals. It states that it can acquire knowledge of the new version of the future timeline just by planning the alteration, although a tiny unintentional change during the execution of the alteration may result in large variation from the planned result. Because of this, SCP-XXXX claims that it rarely alters the timeline to avoid creating future timelines that are hard to correct.
Besides all these anomalous properties, SCP-XXXX displays apathy towards everything, claiming that when a person knows everything that will happen, they will reach an understanding that emotion is pointless. SCP-XXXX spent most of the time lying down in its room, possibly reviewing timeline alterations.
Addendum XXXX-1: Interview Log XXXX-L1
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. Stone
Foreword: First interview after SCP-XXXX stumbled into site-17
<Begin Log>
Dr. Stone: Hello, I am Dr. Freddy Stone, although I assume you already know that. Can you start by telling us your name?
SCP-XXXX: My name is not important. You will come to know me as SCP-XXXX anyway.
Dr. Stone: Then can you tell us your place and date of birth?
SCP-XXXX: I prefer not to say.
Dr. Stone: Is there any reason for that?
SCP-XXXX: Information is a weapon, Doctor. I have learned to not give up unnecessary information.
Dr. Stone: Ok then. Can you tell us more about your abilities then?
SCP-XXXX: I possess all episodic knowledge from the start of the universe to the end. I also have the ability to detect changes in the timeline.
Dr. Stone: Is there any reason why you've decided to come to us?
SCP-XXXX: There is a time for everything. I saw that it is the time to reveal myself to the foundation, so I did.
Dr. Stone: If you don't mind, we will test a few more things on you.
SCP-XXXX: I can already tell you the test results, even help you write my so-called "special containment procedure", but if you insist to do things according to standard procedure, I won't object.
Dr. Stone: Great. Let's start with a brain scan.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: SCP-XXXX has shown to answer questions almost instantly, indicating that it already knew what Dr. Stone was going to ask.
Addendum XXXX-2: Interview Log XXXX-L2
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. Stone
Foreword: Additional interview is conducted, as requested by O5 command, in order to determine what information SCP-XXXX possesses. Dr. Stone is instructed to not ask for any specific details for any events that may contain sensitive information.
<Begin Log>
Dr. Stone: Do you know-
SCP-XXXX: Why I am here? Yes. The group you refer as the "O5 council" has requested another interview to see what I know. Since I already know what question you will ask, let me just answer. Yes I know the identities of the O5 council members. Yes I know when and how the world would end. Yes I know how many more anomalies that are not discovered by the foundation yet. But no, I will not reveal any of the information I know. (Brief pause) You want to interrupt me, right? Doctor.
Dr. Stone: You know when and how the world ends, then will you at least stop it if you won't tell us about it.
SCP-XXXX: That is quite a naive thought, doctor. The world has to end one day. Think of it like a story, like a show. Will a story or show ever be good if it goes on forever? No. Don't worry, the end is quite painless for all humans. Honestly, it is quite unexpected too.
Dr. Stone: (Noticeably in a furious tone) How can you say that? We do our best, making sacrifices for humankind every day, to prevent its end, and you make it sound so unimportant.
SCP-XXXX: Come on doctor. Don't let emotion overcome you. One thing I've come to understand from all the knowledge I possess is emotion is pointless. It will only lead you to your doom. If you possess the knowledge I have, you will think in the same way.
Dr. Stone: No, I don't think so. I think you are just an apathetic selfish coward. Giving all these excuses to keep your information to yourself.
SCP-XXXX: How about we make a bet? I will give you some future information, to you and you alone. If you survive a week without taking any amnestics, I will fully cooperate and give the foundation any information it needs. But if you die or go crazy, the foundation has to agree to the following: Every time I provide useful information to the foundation, the foundation must perform a simple, reasonable task for me. You can ask the O5 council for approval of this bet first.
Dr. Stone: Sure.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: I might have lost my composure during the interview and for that I apologize, but who can blame me? SCP-XXXX was implying that all the good work we do here are all for nothing! - Dr. Stone
Note: The bet has been approved by the O5 council. Some of us are uncertain about this, but I personally am curious as to what will happen. Good luck, Dr. Stone. - O5-█
Addendum XXXX-3: Incident XXXX-I1 (The bet)
After approval from the O5 council, Dr. Stone and SCP-XXXX were positioned in a soundproof room. The listening device on SCP-XXXX was disabled. Dr. Stone and SCP-XXXX were monitored by low-resolution infrared equipment, to prevent any other personnel from reading the lips of SCP-XXXX to determine what it is saying. After 3 hours in the room, SCP-XXXX opened the door and went out of the room. Dr. Stone was seen sitting in the room, staring aimlessly at the wall, his facial emotion was described to be "pure despair" by the other personnel. He only responded after his name was called for the 3 times. He slowly walked out of the room.
In the week of the bet, SCP-XXXX was required to stay in its room at all times. Communication was not allowed between any personnel SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX stated that this arrangement is meaningless and it would not cheat, but it also stated that it would comply with the arrangement if the O5 council thinks it is necessary.
The following is the event log of Dr. Stone (Referred as the subject in the logs), recording behaviors that may be resulted from that interaction with SCP-XXXX.
Addendum XXXX-4: The Pythia Initiative
The Pythia Initiative is an arrangement between the O5 council and SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX will provide information that is useful for the foundation, in exchange for the foundation performing a specific task for SCP-XXXX. All requests from SCP-XXXX must be reviewed by the O5 council before performing the task requested. Although the existence of this initiative is known among personnel on site 17, the information given by SCP-XXXX is highly classified and relayed to the O5 council in code.
Note that there were instances where SCP-XXXX will give information to the O5 council willingly without any demands if that information can be used to stop the existence of SCP-XXXX to be known by certain organizations that might try to take SCP-XXXX by force.

Addendum XXXX-5: Interview Log XXXX-L3
Interviewed: SCP-XXXX
Interviewer: Dr. Tashi
Foreword: After the incident described in Document Pythia-18, an interview is conducted with SCP-XXXX to know more about its goal and motives. Dr. Tashi was instructed not to discuss any future, present or past events with SCP-XXXX.
<Begin Log>
Dr.Tashi: Hello, you should know why I am here.
SCP-XXXX: Yes, you want to know whether my demand killed that person.
Dr.Tashi: Did you?
SCP-XXXX: Imagine if you lured a butterfly with a flower. The motion of its wings flapping when it flies towards you causes a hurricane in Japan. If the butterfly dies shortly an hour later, is it your fault? A lot of people die each day, you can't possibly blame me for all of those deaths.
Dr.Tashi: Maybe if you explain to us what your goals are, these misunderstandings could be avoided. Why do you want us to do all these things for you?
SCP-XXXX: I have no goals.
Dr.Tashi: I don't believe you.
SCP-XXXX: Some questions don't have complicated answers, why I prefer one timeline to another. I just push things into motion, not because I like it, not because I want something from it, but just for the sake of making things happen. Some are good, some are bad, some are a little bit of both. And again no, my demand didn't kill the person, he was going to die anyway.
Dr.Tashi: Well, that's insightful.
SCP-XXXX: [REDACTED]
Dr.Tashi: Wait what's that?
SCP-XXXX: No need to thank me.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: I don't understand why SCP-XXXX gave me a random address. I guess I will look it up.
Note: The address was later found to be where Dr.Tashi's long lost father. After 1 week of reunion, Dr. Tashi's father died from a stroke.3
