Group #: GOI-2970, “Foundation for the Advancement of Demiurgic Unification” (FADU), GOI-2081, Foundation for the Spread of Human Misery (FSHM, a.k.a. “The Plague Doctors”)

Description: The Foundation for the Advancement of Demiurgic Unification (FADU) and its paramilitary wing, the Foundation for the Spread of Human Misery (FSHM, more commonly referred to as “the Plague Doctors") are an anomalous terrorist founded by Dr. João Platon (POI-2784) that seeks the depopulation of the Earth to 3 billion people. This mission is justified by Dr. Platon’s belief in “Unified Duoverse Theory"¹, which proposes that all anomalies originate from the "overflowing" of information from an "informational world" (termed the gnosisosphere) to the physical world (termed the physisoshpere). FADU believes that in order to prevent more anomalies from being created, human headscape, and thus population, must be substantially decreased. Particularly, the FADU focuses its efforts on members of the Abrahamic faiths out the belief that the Abrahamic God has established a monopoly over the gnosisoshpere, proposing a "Church of the Demiurge" to counter Abrahamic hegemony. As FADU officially denies any relation to the Plague Doctors, the organization has been granted a headquarters in Myanmar at the expense of political favors for the Myanmese government. Like wise, the Plague doctors make no mention of FADU's religious and extradimentional goals, leading many to incorrectly believe that attacks are simply motivated by nihilistic misanthropy.

The Plague Doctors almost exclusively attack members of Abrahamic Faith, economically marginalized communities, NGOs that focus on international development, and anti-globalization activists. Many Plague Doctors are anomalous. Unlike many other terrorist organization, the Plague Doctors actively attempt to affiliate themselves with the national government as a scare tactic to promote distrust in official authority, often stating that they are part of an official covert operation. To date, the Plague Doctors have claimed to be affiliated with ██ governments and international organizations to date, including the United States, Brazil, Russia, the Red Cross, Niger, Israel, the Red Cross, and at one point the Global Occult Coalition.

The Plague Doctors' modus operandi involve mass shootings, bombings, and use of anomalous radiological, biological, chemical, and cognitohazardous weapons. Normally, Plague Doctors cordinate an attack with a squad of ten men, although lone attacks by especially potent soldiers are not unheard off. As their name suggests, they wear costumes reminiscent of medieval European Plague Doctor, although it appears that the wool of their costumes are abnormally study and seem to prevent damage from radiological, biological, chemical, and cognitohazardous weapons. Statements made by the group are always signed in the name of fictional villains and and "ad" videos are produced directly before and after an attack. FADU is not currently aware of the Foundation's existence and extreme caution should be exercised when interviewing individuals known to be associated with the group. The only anomolous organizations that FADU has interacted with are the GOC and the Manna Charitable Foundation which both maintain extremely hostile relations with FADU.
